It was an amplified teleport, which takes one bar of your offensive gauge.

@@Correctant good to know. I play a bit of raiden against heavy zoners. My biggest problem is skarlet. Any tips?

@theironguard1 Yes. You need to learn which of Skarlets attacks or combos can be punished after she has used them against you. Just try any light (quicker) attacks from your combos on Skarlet after she has ended a combo on you and you will learn if they hit her (punish) or not.
