This was an exact replacement for the old one that lasted about 10 years. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx7yWIKcrbA9KMHkGSfcgxW2lsjHT6B8Sh The top of my mitigation tube by my roofline was just a 90 elbow which allowed too much debris to fall down into the fan, eventually ruining it. Without this issue, I bet it would have kept running another 10 years. When I replaced this fan, I added an extra elbow joint so the top tube now it does a 180, which should solve that problem. The radon guys around here wanted to charge me a $300 diagnostic fee, then parts/labor (probably close to $600 total). I installed this all by myself in about an hour for the cost of the fan; it would probably be even easier/faster with two people. FYI the manufacturer's warranty greatly differs depending on whether you install it yourself (1 yr warranty) or have a licensed installer do it (10 yrs).

The title of your video states "Tankless" but some of the heaters you review have a "capacity". I am confused. Are you reviewing both tankless and tank type heaters?? Thanks.
Hey There! Tankless water heaters have throughput limitations depending on flow rate, groundwater temperature, and type/size of tankless heater. What are you needing yours for? I can point you in the right direction
Hey there! Sorry it didn’t work out for you! They do work though, if you size them correctly and your groundwater temp is not too cold. Where are you located?
Maybe find a more trustworthy electrician. Electric tankless water heaters are in use in Germany for many many decades. There are be factors based on your location and house that might not work.
When you are showing the Rheem 18 model - you keep interchanging pictures of it with a smaller Rheem unit. I can tell, because the number of vertical copper heating tubes keeps changing. Then you say Bosch is an excellent POU unit. Ah, doesn't the Rheem brand offer smaller units that are designed as POU? What about the size of a Rheem POU unit - is it not a 'sleek unit' too? And, you point out that one of the "pros" of the Rheem is it has a digital readout - doesn't the Ecosmart also have a digital readout? And, finally, what criteria are you using to "rate" these units? Overall, this is a poorly done presentation.
Hey Davey, thanks for checking out the review! You are correct, Bosch and Rheem have multiple size options depending on your needs. That’s why we provide multiple options for multiple use cases, so you can pick which one works best for your needs. We select the specific models based on performance, durability, warranty, energy efficiency, and price. #4 and #5 are very small tank type of water heater. Others are all tankless.
Yeah I got one of those WHAT a JOAK I'm going to put mine in scrap metal pile

my plumber told me electric wh arent ready & wont be for years
They are good for certain situations, but in other cases, a tank based system may be the better fit! What state do you live in?

🤔What a joke! Electric tankless are crap Trutankless had the best ones before they too went down the toilet- consider heat pumps instead.
Why are electric tankless crap? They work great for certain situations
ok maybe, I've had nothing but bad luck with them! @@Freshnss
@davidgarcia1579 They have to be sized correctly and the groundwater temp has to be appropriate. They are not one size fits all unfortunately
