you should drive it on video
Getting a GoPro sometime next week! Stay tuned for that
Why would you ever think that the mark 2 TT was”that bad”…….. nobody does.
Interesting take. A lot of people dont like it and percieve it as a "hairdresser" car from the mk1. So that's what I was trying to negate in the video. Thank you for watching!
I have one.. tts and it's bad. Not a sport car just a "trying to be" one and you are feeling it on each corner even with the best UUHP tires. And that's why they deprecate so badly compared to Porsche. You get barely what you pay for and nothing special. Dead steering.. lot of heavy nose feeling.. and tbh I have better memories with a hatchback A3 ambition luxe 2.0 TDi 2007
@jakjak258 hmm well depends on where and what space of driving you're coming from I think it's a good compromise for daily driving and having fun and cannot be compared to porsche about anything.
Your lucky. Audi tt has a timeless shape that you don't see often with other brands, it remains a car with a futeristic shape that leaves other brands far behind and can continue for a long time. If you do regular maintenance you can enjoy this supercar for a long time to come..
Exactly my point!
Great cars and have owned the same model for the past 5 years and over 75,000K's of daily driving without any issues. Now sits on 150,000kms. When I bought it I changed all the fluids/oils and replaced the few well known weak point parts. Has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned and that includes the first Ed MX5 and the the first Ed GT86. Much faster car than both and looks unique with great interior and paint. Enjoy yours and look forward to the 19 inch wheels.
Thank you for watching. The 19s are on the car now (most recent video). So far I have done the big service so no issues yet and have done 5k kms since I've bought it!
Good luck, have enjoyed mine since ‘08. Daily driver at some points. Always reliable and fun
Thank you! I am enjoying it so far there were no problems
I got my Audi TT 2.0 litre TFSI Mk2 a couple of weeks ago, its a beautiful drive and feels sporty and special to drive too. Mine has 73,000 miles on it but feels like new. Im going to replace the timing belt, cam follower and water pump plus get a new head unit for it.
Very nice mate enjoy it. I need to do the cam follower as well!
I have a 2003 Quattro Roadster… love it but never expected an asphalt burner. Reliable, fun and 30mpg
I'm glad you like it man. Keep it tidy! Thanks for watching
Enjoy your TT! I got my 2016 TT brand new. It’s the first car I’ve owned that didn’t have any mechanical issues in the first 7 years. Some forums say it’s not reliable but I’ve had no issues. It’s a great daily driver and I drive it year round with swap to snow tires during winter. I am waiting for my 2023 TTS. Sentimental about it being the final production year. I agree those wheels are ugly 😂.
Hi mate thank you for watching. Wish I had a 2016 but I'll get there I did get new wheels well not new but they came with summer tyres so yeah. Damn a 2023 tts is craazy they are so expensive here there's no way I coudl afford it!
Cool TT MAN. ENJOY UR new ride . I have a 2011 Audi TT TDI S. LINE . WELCOME TO THE CLUB. 👍🏻
Thanks mate!
I have the 3.2 and it’s been great over 120000 miles and counting I know there are faster cars with a lot of technology and all but with this motor and the aftermarket exhaust it feels like a car well above the price point. It’s sad that it’s not being made anymore 😢
Too bad they wont make the TT anymore the 3.2 sounds the best! Im glad you're enjoying it. Thank you for watching
Love my mk2 quattro, diesel 49 mpg 0-60 mph in 7-2,cheap to insure and run and its a sports car with awesome handling and nice shape,
I love it as well but I do mostly short trips so a 2.0 petrol was a better fit for me.
Stage 1 it now along with a ram Air intake, also get cam follower done, pcv and diverter valve to the revised one
Thank you for the insightful comment. That was done recently by the previous owner. I'll wait for a couple of months for stage because I want to make sure everything is fine with the engine first. Thank you for watching!
Nice! I got mine a several months ago for cheap because it needed work. Now its all cosmetic but still a great car. Biggest problem I have besides the headliner sagging is that the car didn't come with the Amp and its the Bose system. So no radio for me :(
Ohh that sucks. What engine does yours have? I have the bose system also it works great! I heard amps are a big problem tho.
@@nagarage13 I have the TT as well. Its the 2.0L with the single rear exhaust as well! Rarely see those. It does have the DSG but I am ok with that as it is what I wanted even though I usually prefer Manual. Its the EA888 engine (CCTA). Still learning about it but not much focus due to other priorities. I just still wish I had an AMP though but here in the states, they want $800 USD for a used one. Its ridiculous.
@@SolarBlackShine Woah that's expensive. So you have the newer egine with the timing chain. Mine is the BWA with the belt (early model). You Americans don't get cars with manual transmission that easily which is sad. The manual is so nice on these. The dsg is also great especially for sitting in traffic. Congrats for your purchase. Thank you for watching. It is much appreciated!
@Jay Cass I had an A6 with that carry on, I could get a second one but had to be programmed/ coded in.
Between the 3 the 2nd is probably the best in reliability
Each have their own problems in my opinion💁🏼♂️
I have the mk2 TT 3.2 v6. It’s awesome , sounds fantastic and very reliable.
I did test drive one and wanted to buy it but insuracne an registration is high so I took this one. Otherwise the 3.2 is sick! Thanks for watching!
Looking at a TT keep coming back to the 3.2 despite the running costs
Of course mate if you can afford it💁🏼♂️
@robertholmes414 I'm selling mine if you want it lol
Hello mate I wanted to take your opinion. The car is extremely beautiful but I was wondering if it has problems with the engine or even electrical issues
Hi I answered your question in the other section hope it didnt get lost😁
I just found one in the US - 190k miles - 5800$ USD- 2012 Audi TT premium plus - good price ?small oil leak in cylinder one?
Hi mate I think we talked about this one on my other video🤔
@@nagarage13 sorry about that I forgot who I asked- cheers
Dobar Audi druže
Hvala🤝
I agree it’s a terrible car. I’ll take it off your hands for $1500 USD.
😂😂😂 add another zero it's yours
The chassis in the gen 2 is not nearly as good as in the gen 3 but the engine is great, the interior is classy and it's a good drive. I would recommend the TTS, especially the cabrio / convertible.
Hi mate thank for watching the video. I would aggree with you on everything apart from the convertible part I really dont like the look of them. Thanks for your thughts I appreciate that!
Ur tt sounds better than my s3 lmao
It sounds good for stock too quiet anyways 😕 Thank you for watching
You forgot to tell us the model year of the car.
Hi, it's a 2007🫡
@@nagarage13 Are you sure? I thought that the MK2 did not come out until 2008 i have a 2008 MK2 roadster, Quatro with the 3.2 vr6 , 6 speed manual and i was told it was the first year of the new model. I thought i heard it won the best redesign at the Detroit auto show in 2008. Maybe i am wrong or maybe it came out the year before but only in Europe, I am in Canada.
@@danhansen9340 I am from europe the mk2 started here in 2006. America and Canada usually get the euro market a bit late.
The only real TT is the mk1 the rest are just faux TTs
Whatever floats your bout mate I have a driven a mk1 and I can't say the same.
The mk1s are ugly, the mk2s are perfection, the mk3s are boring. IMO.
@@islandpersuasion4690 the MK1 ones look iconic when having a few mods, the 2 and 3 just look like copies that didn't work so well
My wife has a pink shirt for sale if you’re interested?
😂😂😂

Tell the truth its your pink shirt
