The series is targeted for all Skiers regardless of their level.
These are the fundamental skills needed for good skiing.
The better your foundations the higher you can build.

I’m absolutely thrilled to see you’ve started another series, Darren! I’m a L2 ski instructor in Canada, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve recommended your earlier series with Elate/SKNG to my clients, because the stuff in that series is just top notch-after all, it helped me get from absolute beginner to where I am now. I expect even greater things to come! (From you at least, and hopefully from myself too) ;-)

This video series with "phrases" approach are easy to implement during skiing. Very easy to remember "See the light", "Hands in front", "Don't be mr Viagra" etc.
It really improved my skiing, for first time I was sometimes driving the skies instead being the passenger trying to catch up. Amazing feeling with less muscle pain!
Still alot of exercising to do, but improving on each slope!

Omg!!! Your old Elate tutorials helped me learn on my second day skiing 7ish years ago. I hadn't skied since that day until about 2 years ago, and this year I'll be skiing more than ever and continuing to focus on progression. I am SO SO happy you are back.

'Start with basics and finish with basics'. A core principle of the Japanese martial art, Aikido. There's way too much E G O most of the time. Trying to 'show off' to others. Most sport is like this.
