Hi Madison, the major artery between your legs and groin area is the femoral artery. As a novice, I didn't realize placing a Nalgene bottle there will keep you warm. Great tip. Thank you.

When you use sleeping pads, a good idea is to get battery powered tiny pump (flextail tiny pump x) so it inflates sleeping pad for you. It is charged like smart phone through USB and is small, battery lasts for few inflates (i never ran out of battery yet)

I don't have a four season tent either. Been winter camping for four winters now in New England. I'm not going to invest in one either. Have gone down to 13 degrees. I used my less expensive Eureka tent in winter because it has fabric and mesh, which helps hold more heat in. My tent is usually 10-15 degrees warmer than the outside temp. Hike on.

Hey! You're in Kelowna. That's so cool. I was watching the video muted until I saw Mt.Boucherie in the background and got excited. There are so many cool camping/backpacking spots.

Hi. Awesome video. I think the Nemo Kunai would be a nice option. It's not too heavy for a winter tent but much stronger and warmer. Also a 3 season tent it's ok but will not withstand an unpredictable snow storm.

Hi I live in Manitoba I love camping with my 23 foot travel trailer, it is a simple one no slide outs. I found you about two weeks ago and am happy I did love seeing your videos. When me and my dog Henry go camping it is usually with friends who only want to drink something I have not liked. I love going hiking with Henry and that is what I will do now since Henry is a lab and boxer mix and is always full of it. So next summer me and Henry will go somewhere we like and fish and hike thanks for the videos Madison
