I wish someone would build this kind of community with container homes. They can hold up to wear and tear way longer than lumber. Part of homeowner is home maintenance. Getting the house is only the beginning. Can you keep it maintained is the next issue.

There’s a lot to appreciate about the US being a melting pot, but many Americans already live in neighborhoods that are segregated. One could argue it’s a case of wealth or income, but that’s the reality, maybe more so in inner cities. It’s the same with schools. It’s not Black only, it’s Black-OWNED developers. They cannot (under the Fair Housing Act) discriminate based on race. All the homes have already been sold out (with one celebrity buying a home as an investment property) and they’re continuing to build. I honestly hope they’re successful.
