At last someone with common sense. Doctors say this about their exams. Bureaucrats say this about CSS and so on and on. Any doctor who works in Pakistan will know FCPS is no where near the toughest exam of anything.
I thing we are missing the point here we are comparing our society with affluent countries like USA etc where obesity is sky rocketing and diseases stemming from metabolic disorders due to huge food industrial complexes feeding ppl with processed foods. where has we are also jumping on the same band wagon but we still have a choice,food is still by enlage non processed with meats,fish and vegetables out ppl are not as obese as the 1 world. The reason we see hospitals full with patients is we have 0.6 beds per 1000 compared to europe where its 4.6 beds. we simply don't have as many facilities to treat ppl. Our dilemma is we still have healthy non processed foods to live a healthy life but our food is being dulterated with impurities with no regulatory body to monitor such crimes and in addition ridding the Western lifestyle bandwagon. It's the accessive food that is killing us not he food. Our predecessor generations consumed the same food but less due to lack and lives healthy lives.
