      @@manliestmuppet right, however, in Japan they love to fuse things together. Check out Iron Chef for instance, the things that went on during that show's run were insane. The way those chefs infused Japanese influence and flavors into their dishes from around the world was mind blowing. Masaharu Morimoto in particular is known for his mind-blowing dishes.

      Macarons are actually very popular in Japan, and they’re not saying it’s Japanese because of the matcha powder, it’s just more of a Japanese twist
