Personal for me the lack of an SD-slot is a mayor deal breaker for me if it is not a 1 TB+ Ultra-Model in return and even there it will feel like a downgrade so much that I rather get a mid ranger with SD and save the money, so glad for any phone which has it. I can live very well without a headphone jack now (though it is a nice have) and replacing it with a dangle is easy (there might be even split versions if you have to charge it on the side) for a SD card there is no such elegant replacement.
