I'm Already Considering This Absolutely Splendid Phone...Its Going To Be An Upgrade To Current SAMSUNG GALAXY A03S I Purchased In February...For TracFoneWireless...I Was Considering The SAMSUNG GALAXY A23 But This One Has A Larger 6.6 Inch Display...For A Bit Less...
It is honestly pretty crazy how much performance someone can get now for even under 200$. Motorola were selling their 2021 G Power for 140$ during Black Friday week. Even just as a secondary phone if something happens to your primary phone it is pretty sweet. The Snapdragon 662 is plenty capable of most day to day tasks.
They kept the headphone jack but got rid of the FM Radio and home screen looping.🤦🏽♂️ BUT they put in a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles, a.k.a. crap, I don't have a use for. I've used LG mostly, Motorola, HTC, Umidigi, Nokia Windows phone and Samsung is the only one that wants you to make an account on their website when using their product.
Hey I'll give you that, the extra Samsung apps do take up a bunch of space when you get the phone but for this price point it's still a reasonable purchase.
I bought this [unlocked, 4/64GB] a few weeks ago from Amazon + rugged case for just under $300 (including tax). It's ok. Personally, I think the cameras should be better, but I really don't use it [primarily] for photos and videos. I'm STILL WAITING for the Android/OneUI update.
Received mine the first week of the year running Android 12 and before I could get used to it it was updated to Android 13 and ONE UI 5. A couple of weeks later it received a security update and a week or so after it received ONE UI 5.1. I can't tell any difference.🤷🏼♂️ I have an older Galaxy Lite that has FM Radio, home screen looping whereas this new model is lacking.🤦🏽♂️ Yet they put in a bunch of crap I don't have a use for...
I live in Greece and bought the 4/128 variant for 299€. I observe some minor stutters but the overall experience is almost excellent for an average user.
It depends on what specs you're looking for honestly. The A53 is only slightly better and also doesn't have a headphone jack but the A23 does. That was a deal breaker for me but might not be for you.
That's a matter of opinion. People like this phone and people don't like it for one or more reasons. I have an older Galaxy Lite that has features that this phone does not have. Samsung removed 2 of my favorite things and put it a bunch of bells and whistles, or useless crap, I don't have a use for or need.
Maybe there's a problem with your cell service? If it's not set up right then your phone can't access the internet. Maybe call your service provider and ask them.
I switched to an A23 5G from an S7 Edge, and it feels subjectively smoother and better in virtually every way.
You better know the S7 explodes right? A lot of s7's exploded😢
@Moonlight_Ivy I had it for a few years, and it never exploded. It was just time for a new phone.
That was an excellent summary... Well done. Thanks and best wishes.

I have this phone. It's a winner.
But a52s 5g is king
@@rustymixer2886 I rather have the A23 instead!!
@@Jryder933 why it's slower than a52 5g
@rustymixer2886 I like the A23, because it has a headphone jack!! I really don't like phone's with just bluetooth and no headphone jack!!
@@Jryder933 A52s 5g has 🎧 Jack
I just bought mine last week.

I agree the cameras could be better but overall for the price it's still a great phone. The last phone I had was terrible so maybe I'm biased lol.

Do you think it's worth spending a little more for the A53?
