Hi Ju! I searched for PhD working in higher education admin position and found your video. I got my degree this May, and now looking for a full time job. I really want to work at my university, and I applied for several positions already. However, in many cases, I am "overqualified" for the position. I'm pretty sad and also confused about my condition. It feels like both overqualified in terms of the education background and under-qualified in terms of the ability. Any suggestions for job searching outside academia with a Phd in humanities? Thank you!

Phd is absolutely not required to be admin at a university. Some have no degree at all!
