Yep, that's actually Shemp being interviewed. This was the time when Shemp was 55 years old by the way.
They were awesome off camera as well as on. I love how they passed the phone around to each other. True blue men.

Wonder if they knew how good they really were. And making history. Just thrilled to be able to hear a glimpse of their off camera personalities.
I'll say and chowderhead shampoo I'll always love those guys. They're my favorite comedy team of just about all times. Number two. I like Laurel and Hardy and Abbott and Costello. Third this is good. I can hear things like this cuz I never thought they did a phone interview like this. Thank you!.
Shem passed away in 1955 3 years after his younger brother curly dead.

Can you put the year on this interview?
Friend, I just looked this up on my phone. It was done April 6th 1950. They were going to do an Easter show there or something but that's that's the day in the year they did it. It's a couple of years before shemp passed away. If you didn't know this he was going to a box and match. He lit up a cigar and he slumped over in the back seat. I think he had a massive heart attack or something. Thank you! I always love these guys. How Moe created this? Thank you.
