Hi Alex, if they are watching from UA-cam, they will need a UA-cam account to participate in the chat. If you're worries about accessibility, I would also stream to another platform like FB (like Liz mentioned below!) and you can let your audience know that they can still tune in if they don't have a YT account. Hope that helps!
