Excellent interview. Just one point of contention.. If you spend any amount of time on the group forums, you will find the “overwhelming” consensus is that men prefer pinning and scrotal cream over pellets and gel. Pellets are not well liked due to cost, tendency to fall out, and difficulty of adjusting dosage. Gel is least effective due to poor absorption.
High Hematocrit due to testosterone is not a concern assuming platelets, clotting factors , and white cells are normal. Its secondary erihtricytosis not polycythemia ( or p vera). Red cells don’t clot. Look at people who live in high altitudes. They high hematocrit and don’t get strokes because of it and they don’t phlebotomize to mitigate it. The body is smart and adapts to carry oxygen.
@@Tim3is I wish many many doctors knew this, or bought in to this. If true, need world-wide training. Also, why do some folks have symptoms when hematocrit is high and feel better after donating? This is very very controversial.
Beautiful Thankyou

Surprised he prefers pellets. I'll be starting on cream in a month.
In some countries people seem to take curry of animals testicles. Does it have any scientific based reason?
Soul hormone. How very perceptive. Obviously, shecares.
Dr, I’ve watched many of your Videos, what are your thoughts on testosterone pellets vs injections
Lowering SHBG increases free testosterone. Avenacosdes A&B lowers SHBG.
Should SHBG be manipulated, directly? Not sure on that.
Why does Dr. M use Total T as a measure? Why not Free T, which is much more important?
I guess that's the controversy
If testosterone doesn’t progress cancer why is Lupron still given to cancer patients to reduce endogenous testosterone???
Because testosterone aromatizes to estrogen and it's the estrogen that causes cancer.
Thank you for making this public. Keep up the great work. Now we need safe or natural drugs to keep hematocrit levels normal while on TRT.

No more drugs. How about naturally occurring substitute with no side effects
