I'm so angry at myself for blowing my toolbox nut on boxes that don't jive well, when all I wanted was the same setup with the two end and overhead cabinets that all bolt together like yours do! Dammit. Spent a few hundred more than that setup costs too

So. If you were to do it again. Would you buy a used suspension?

Absolutely! I just would have had them rebuilt right away. Still saved a lot of money.

What size/offset for the Apex EC-7 wheels?

I think he said 18x11 + 52 with a 15 mm spacer up front. That’s kind of the agreed upon way to run 305 squared. That’s my budget for next year.

Correct apex ec-7 18x11 52 offset. Next weeks video will be more in depth for you guys.

I'm following your build! Keep it up man. And did you drive your stang in the Canada snow? I'm driving in midwest, stock Michillin holds up decent, little but wiggling on slush, but no complains overall, I even have skinnies 215.
Looking for a wheel tire combo 275/35/18 and 305/40/18 in the summer

Hey, I am really interested in getting a set of these for myself. But I am wondering if one can adjust the ride height? I live on a big sloped driveway I was worried about it causing my car to scrap due to much lower ride height. I would like to then lower the car once I get to the track.

    8” 2.25” ID or OD?

Did you still have to run a small spacer in the rear?

How sick to be able to open the garage door and see this on a lift .

You can run 305 or 315's with just camber plates and the right wheels...
Not hating though I agree the rest is good info.

Yeah it's possible, but you can't have a rotatable setup without a spacer

The Boss is coming along quite nicely. I love your build. The stache ain’t bad either.

Wo wo...new information, you actually sized down in the rear sway bar? I thought beefier sway bar is better for stability! Could you please explain it a little bit more? Thank You.

I will definitely do a video soon on suspension setups. In short when running a square tire setup you will need to running a smaller rear sway bar to prevent oversteer. The swaybar setup in our cars is intended for a staggered tire setup.

Sean McGuigan I'll definitely wait for the suspension video...wonder if someone can make a mathematical formula for tire size vs sway bar size...that would be great since we don't have enough money to test all the options for ourselves.
