I tried Retin A 0.25% and it gave me crazy sleep and nightmares...it was so bizarre. I felt like my skin was overworking itself and preventing my body from going into a deep sleep. Switched to Osmosis Correct and am loving it!!!

Hi Holly! It’s amazing and you’ll love it. Retin A can really hurt people’s skin after awhile and there are so many negatives to it. The Renew is so effective plus you can use so many other actives with it to get even more results! Let me know when you start using it 😉❤️
You’ll really like it. You can use vitamin C with it too and use it in the day also. You may want to try Truth Treatments Retinol after your skin gets conditioned, too. I use it at night like once or twice a week and it is like retin-a without the bad side effects. Great stuff.

Thanks Laura! So it depends on the other products in your routine. If using your vitamin a at night I just usually do growth factor first, then retinol, then a moisturizer :)

Ugh love retina but it tore up my skin too 😫. This is good to know that you can use while pregnant! I haven't used a vitamin a for years while trying to conceive and couldn't wait to get back on my anti aging regime!

Great video! I needed this for clarification. I have been using Correct for that last year and really like it and plan to up to Renew next. Can I use Renew twice daily or just once a day? Does the body build up tolerance to these active ingredients and eventually the product(s) start losing their effectiveness? How long are these skincare products good for once opened (particularly Osmosis)? I've been using the Revision DEJ eye cream for about 9 months and it has done wonders for my hooded lids and upper eye area. I am very happy about it! BUT it hasn't done much for my undereyes as far as fine lines, puffiness, and dark circles go. Can I layer 2 eye creams back to back, or do I have to use one during the day and the other at night, or do I use the DEJ on the top lid and a second cream for the undereye and sides? And which is the absolute best-- your all time favorite eye product(s) that you cannot live without? I want real results! Thanks in advance! ❤
You can use Renew twice a day..I do alot and I love it! Your body will not lose effectiveness as you continue to use them. I have used Renew for YEARS and I still see results as I use it. I do mix it up with the other retinols I mentioned in the video too! ;)) For the eye creams...I would personally use the DEJ on the lid and another one you like better for the lower under eye then. My ALL time favorite eye creams are the skinmedica TNS eye repair and the Skinceuticals AGE eye complex!
Also, what are your thoughts on the TT 1% retinol? I’m not sure I’ve heard you mention that one as a favorite and I’m wondering how it is for acne-prone skin?

Hi! SoI use my Osmosis Vitamin A daily...and then I use the Truth, Obagi, or the sente on other nights to mix it up a little. The truth and the obagi are super potent and make me peel so I like to use those about once or twice a week to get that exfoliation :)

Hi Deb! So boost has more peptides and hyaluronic acid and plumping ingredients vs infuse. And yes you could most likely start with Renew or start with Correct, use a bottle of that and then move up to Renew. If you don’t have sensitive skin or if you are used to other retinols then you’ll be fine going to Renew 👌🏼😘

My skin is baby soft and smooth from using it and after the first night of use I even noticed a difference. I don't know why but it's much gentler on my skin than the TT 5% retinol. PS I love your eye makeup here too!
Hi Bri. I have been using TT 5% ret for about a year and a half now and cannot use it more than once a a week. I’ve tried many times and I peel horribly even after all this time using it consistently. With retin a I was using it several times a week before I switched to TT. Is just using it just once a week going to be affective enough? Thank you for your time?
I can only use it once a week as well. You could go to the 1% and use it more often or I personally use the Osmosis vitamin a daily and the the truth 5% once a week :)
I was about to get Obagi retinol, but can I use Osmosis Renew together with Obagi? Which one is better, I have a big event in 4 months also is Summer time not the best to start this ?
You can start vitamin A now absolutely! You can use the osmosis vitamin A during the day and at night and the Obagi one on alternating nights to bump it up a little. You’ll get great results starting now before your event!
Thanks for this video. I've only started using retinol over the past year, but also bought some of Medik8's r-Retinoate and Crystal Retinal. I noticed that a vein has become prominent under each eye. I also felt like my heart would beat faster on occasion when I went to bed... and my feet have become more achy (though not sure if that's because I've been trying to do a little cardio each evening - whereas I didn't used to do much exercise!). I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed anything like like this. It is putting me off using anything retinol-related. Could you do a video about any potential side effects? Reading online there are articles that say 'Excessive retinol intake leads to bone demineralisation and fractures' and long-term treatment with synthetic retinoids has been linked with decreased bone density and osteoporosis. Has anyone else noticed achy feet or bones issues? Has anyone noticed prominent veins?

Recovery has to go on first. Then because osmosis Correct is a serum and TT C is oil based I put the Correct before the TT C. If I’m using a vitamin c serum then I would do recovery, c serum, then osmosis Correct. But with Correct and TT C I do recovery, correct then TT c 😊❤️

hi! I use my growth factor first then truth retinol then the truth omega on top....I wait like 30 min though between applying the omega ;)

I did the exact same thing with the Osmosis Vitamin A's, can you use the Truth Treatment mist with the Osmosis Renew?
Great video! I needed this for clarification. I have been using Correct for that last year and really like it and plan to up to Renew next. Can I use Renew twice daily or just once a day? Does the body build up tolerance to these active ingredients and eventually the product(s) start losing their effectiveness? How long are these skincare products good for once opened (particularly Osmosis)? I've been using the Revision DEJ eye cream for about 9 months and it has done wonders for my hooded lids and upper eye area. I am very happy about it! BUT it hasn't done much for my undereyes as far as fine lines, puffiness, and dark circles go. Can I layer 2 eye creams back to back, or do I have to use one during the day and the other at night, or do I use the DEJ on the top lid and a second cream for the undereye and sides? And which is the absolute best-- your all time favorite eye product(s) that you cannot live without? I want real results! Thanks in advance! ❤
You can use Renew twice a day..I do alot and I love it! Your body will not lose effectiveness as you continue to use them. I have used Renew for YEARS and I still see results as I use it. I do mix it up with the other retinols I mentioned in the video too! ;)) For the eye creams...I would personally use the DEJ on the lid and another one you like better for the lower under eye then. My ALL time favorite eye creams are the skinmedica TNS eye repair and the Skinceuticals AGE eye complex!

Hi! SoI use my Osmosis Vitamin A daily...and then I use the Truth, Obagi, or the sente on other nights to mix it up a little. The truth and the obagi are super potent and make me peel so I like to use those about once or twice a week to get that exfoliation :)

Hi Brianna, What’s the difference between Boost and Infuse? I was thinking Infuse was what I needed for the Osmosis A. Also, I haven’t used Retin A in about a year do you think Renew would be ok? Thanks much!
Hi Deb! So boost has more peptides and hyaluronic acid and plumping ingredients vs infuse. And yes you could most likely start with Renew or start with Correct, use a bottle of that and then move up to Renew. If you don’t have sensitive skin or if you are used to other retinols then you’ll be fine going to Renew 👌🏼😘

For years I’ve used prescription retin-a just tried TT and I would like to give the Osmosis either Correct or Renew a try. Which do you recommend since I’ve been consistently on retin-a and TT 5% now. My skin is not sensitive. Thank you so much!

My skin is baby soft and smooth from using it and after the first night of use I even noticed a difference. I've been using it for the last 3 nights in a row, and zero flakiness or dryness it's wonderful! Thank you so much for the recommendation. I don't know why but it's much gentler on my skin than the TT 5% retinol. PS I love your eye makeup here too!

Yes absolutely you can....you can use it as much as every night if that works with your skin ;)

Hi Bri. I have been using TT 5% ret for about a year and a half now and cannot use it more than once a a week. I’ve tried many times and I peel horribly even after all this time using it consistently. With retin a I was using it several times a week before I switched to TT. Is just using it just once a week going to be affective enough? Thank you for your time?
I can only use it once a week as well. You could go to the 1% and use it more often or I personally use the Osmosis vitamin a daily and the the truth 5% once a week :)
I was about to get Obagi retinol, but can I use Osmosis Renew together with Obagi? Which one is better, I have a big event in 4 months also is Summer time not the best to start this ?
You can start vitamin A now absolutely! You can use the osmosis vitamin A during the day and at night and the Obagi one on alternating nights to bump it up a little. You’ll get great results starting now before your event!

Thanks for this video. I've only started using retinol over the past year, but also bought some of Medik8's r-Retinoate and Crystal Retinal. I noticed that a vein has become prominent under each eye. I also felt like my heart would beat faster on occasion when I went to bed... and my feet have become more achy (though not sure if that's because I've been trying to do a little cardio each evening - whereas I didn't used to do much exercise!). I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed anything like like this. It is putting me off using anything retinol-related. Could you do a video about any potential side effects? Reading online there are articles that say 'Excessive retinol intake leads to bone demineralisation and fractures' and long-term treatment with synthetic retinoids has been linked with decreased bone density and osteoporosis. Has anyone else noticed achy feet or bones issues? Has anyone noticed prominent veins?

Recovery has to go on first. Then because osmosis Correct is a serum and TT C is oil based I put the Correct before the TT C. If I’m using a vitamin c serum then I would do recovery, c serum, then osmosis Correct. But with Correct and TT C I do recovery, correct then TT c 😊❤️
