Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. They could be considered as a very focused form of prayer, though they are not made to some unknown deity spoken about in some religious text. These are declarations or prayers to Universal Intelligence of which you are part. They are made to God/Goddess All That is, your Teams in Spirit including your OverSoul, Higher Self and all helpful Archangels and beings of light.
Our fathers may have experienced challenges in their own fatherhood journey, and they may have passed down their pain to us. The “Father wound” occurs when a father is physically absent, emotionally distant, disapproving, critical, abusive or punishing. This wound can instil feelings of not feeling good enough, not worthy, not deserving of love all of which generate feelings of low self-esteem.
It is important to know that we are Children of the Universe and healing from this wound is always a possibility. We are meant to be whole beings experiencing a joyful and magical life. By taking time to recognize and address the father wound, it is possible to release old patterns of blame, judgment and shame. It is possible to heal and move beyond the cycle of generational trauma.

I don't really know who my father IS! My mother gave a name, I wrote to that man, he wrote back that he's not my father! Very rudely, cruelly, I might add. The alternative possibility is worse! The pain that caused has followed me my whole life, including me never being able to find a decent guy to spend my life with...❤ and eliminated any self esteem in me when I was younger.

This healing was so needed for me with the old Patriarchal program I experienced with an abusive alcoholic father. Even though he was good in many ways he created trauma in the family. Steve, last night I did this meditation. Toward the end, I felt a big ball of energy come up from above my belly button and feel like it exploded in my chest. It was the oddest sensation, but afterwards, I felt very clear. I don’t know how to explain it. I did the mother wound one when it came out. I honestly thought that one would be more impactful because I don’t know many members of her family, their history or even their names. But this one hit 10x harder. I was surprised. Thank you for the reminder that healing can come in unexpected ways, from unexpected places ❤

My mantra is That which I need to know it is revealed in time space and sequence. I so needed to clear all karma between my father and me. My father was present in my growing years, but was not there. There was no nurturing, no direction, he worked, brought the money home to my mother and she controlled everything with an iron hand. I agree with others that this is timely indeed. I had finished shadow work which focused on the father wound and healing of my inner child. There's always some residue and this particular wound is a lot deeper, with many layers that will continue to be healed over time. I was reminded through dreams and tarot that balance was needed as my father wound heavily affect my relationship with my mother. Intrusive thoughts gained through inheritance came and I knew, I must take care of her too. (Healing the Mother Wound higher light decree❣)
I feel much better and at ease with releasing what I need in order to move forward and will soon be revisting that magical garden where the inner children, mother and father parenting aspects are still healing, as it is all part of the process. My soul needed this healing, my father was a happy go lucky person but was absent a lot in my life. My surprise was the wounding I was holding within from my stepfather who was very demeaning and crushing to my confidence and my self belief.
