Hi Rob I wonder if you can help me I'm making a fiberglass pond it's my project and I'm trying to make nice thick fiberglass panels could you advise me on the sort of grade of fiberglass how many sheets would I need to do the pond sheets need to be 2m x 1m any information would be really great full Richard
It depends on what you are trying to do. Is this an above ground pond where the fibreglass forms the walls or an infill where the fibreglass forms the water barrier and does not need structural strength? If it's the former then Id look up what they use to build small boats/canoes. If it's an infill then perhaps 2 or three layers of glass matting (presumably laid in the hole over some light glass sheet rather than built and then set in?). Ive never built a pond so this is more of a guess. Perhaps someone else on the channel has more direct experience?
If you can seal it so that the compressed air can build up then it might work. Im not sure how you would do that though because as soon as it starts to move the air would be released? Also, if it pushes it too quickly then the mould could break. It would be interesting to see your results though.
Great vid
:)

It's above ground I think your right look at getting a book
Can u tell me what you used to release the fibreglass from the mould I no u put wax the something else before the fiberglass
Do you think a blast with some compressed air might release the f/g
