Hi! How well explained about the optocoupler! But I wanted to know if it is possible to vary the speed using a potentiometer instead of alternating values with different capacitors as you suggest and if it is how should i connect the pot, it would be a great help for me, thanks

I like this project as its so simple for a flashing LED, but my one gripe is . Why do people decide to solder to components, rather than put to a small piece of matrix board, that costs pennies. Not only that, it makes the project more neater.

¿para mejorar tu visibilidad en medio de la noche? ¿ como redundancia para las luces de posición? Por ejemplo cuando circulas por sectores de neblina o bajo una lluvia espesa en moto, por lo menos hasta encontrar un lugar adonde parar. ¿ podría ser? Por lo menos es lo que se me ocurrió a mi cuando vi el funcionamiento.
