This is actually a radio 1 interview for rock on radio programme, presented by John Tolbar in 1977. The tape which had the woman interviewing was basically for a foreign radio station. This is not exactly rare, because you can get this on the internet, but maybe it was rare, when the internet didn't exist !!!!
They were so unfairly judged as musicians. And they are punk rock pioneers so brutally honest. They weren't out to be megastars. Just like Kurt Cobain--hated that sh*t 🖤🖤🖤
@couchwanker Back then it was kinda normal for people to get "Shot Up" & He did it with his mother who introduced it to him at 17, and then Nancy Spungen increased his drugs use EVEN MORE. Because i think Sid laid off of drugs for a while because he spent alot of time with his best friend Johnny Lydon (Rotten) who was not a druggie and never did drugs.
Jealous of what? Sid could barely play, didn't really write, and didn't have any success in his brief solo career. Say what you will, but Lydon has had a relatively successful career post Pistols by all objective measures.
@@user-yz9kz6vt9y i wouldn't go that far, sid and johnny grew up together and sid did some concerning things and johnny did say he felt responsible. i think he was a little like an older brother really.

I love the way Sid says his old name was 'so and so'.

Sids eating sweets 😂
"I'm better at borrowing money than anyone else in the world" - Hahaha the way he said that so proudly! as if was a great achievement hahaa!
Sid was a young idiot but he was sweet. I like Sid, he was misunderstood. I like Johnny as well he speaks a lot of sense.
