Man, needed this! I'm just getting back to working out after being practically bed ridden for months. Been doing some stretches but nothing this deep. Didn't realize how tight I was until today! Used to be able to do all of this with no problem. Smh. Going to be doing this almost every day going forward. So glad I found this video!

Oh Marina, I really needed this stretches! Yesterday I practiced the core and legs workout and today my booty was with excersice pain, but now I'm ready to continue with my night activities without pain 🙏🌺❤️ thank you 😘
My whole body is feeling so so good after these stretches! 😌 Due to a toe injury sustained during handstand practice (collision with a table 🙄) I've had to make mayor adjustments in my practice and now find myself stretching every day. Thus, I'm even more thankful for this class right now! 😊🙏

(As a consolation it is always good to know that many people have been there and done that - if it not a consolation enough I hope at least it will not create fear in you and you will continue practicing handstands paying more attention to your surroundings). And like always with injuries - they give us an opportunity to focus on some other aspects of our practice !!
@@MarinaAlexeeva Hi Marina, thank you for your kind words!! It's definitely a consolation. The toe is not broken but the injury doesn't allow me to do any vinyasa flows, wearing a shoe or walking normally.. :-( I shall hope it's not going to cause me any fears. But yeah, ever since I've put my focus more on other aspects of my practice, which I "didn't have time for" before. BUT I really miss practicing with you in a more active way!! I have been doing this class a lot lately and it feels amazing every time! Sending you lots of love from the other side of the globe!

Such a sweet tension release flow!!! This 30 mins flow just went by so fast which I hope it to be a much longer flow.. Hehe.. Can't get enough of it!!! Thanks Marina!!!
