Having won his trial in the previous case, Ryuunosuke is assigned yet another case by Vortex. The defendant: a young Japanese student in London to learn English. Once again meeting the esteemed and oddball, Sherlock Holmes, Ryuunosuke must come to the truth regarding this case while also meeting new colorful faces like Tobias Gregson, the head inspector at Scotland Yard.

While some of Scarlet Study's translations have better word order, I simply can't accept how much they change the _phrasing_ of the characters' thoughts and sentences.
Susato's dialogues were drastically changed, especially. These fansubs better showcase her outwards Yamato Nadeshiko persona, yet her "Bright _and_ Energetic" core shines whenever she’s curious or with her friends.

To add, they also used slurs/translated using slurs that weren’t originally there, such as j*p. When, it can be accurately written as Japanese person, which is already a racist insinuation. They’re all amateurs, and this is a heavy first project too. I think they should’ve stuck to the translation used here by the channel team.

@@zuni46 I just played through most of Chronicles (and you might have already done so, too). Susato's bright and cheery personality is fortunately still present in the official localization.
