About All In The Family:
One of the most acclaimed comedy series of all time, All in the Family with Archie Bunker as the irascible, highly opinionated, working-class family man who viewed the world on his terms and his terms only. When not arguing with his liberal son-in-law, "Meathead," Archie took refuge in his long-suffering wife, Edith, who tries her best to understand Archie's conservative ways and outdated beliefs.

"I shouldn't have waited so long" SNAP!
Edith 🔥🔥🔥
ROTFL! Yeah, Edith you should've called him dumb a long time ago! 🤣
LOL Priceless response 😁
Wow. A $3200 hospital bill? Dirt cheap compared to medical care these days.
That wouldn't even cover an out patient visit today!
I totally agree
Now it's 3200$ an hour to be in the hospital 😆
Yeah - back in 1987 I was charged $21 for 2 Extra Strength Tylenol in the hospital. I would've just grabbed some out of my purse if I'd known what they were going to charge me. And the prices are 100x higher now... wowza!
In the 70s yeah.
Archie’s face movements are hilarious.
Edith is something else. That's my girl. Love All In The Family.... 😂😂😂😂 They don't make sitcoms like this anymore.... ❤
Archie always had the best facial expressions....greatest show ever.
That show is one of the reasons they don't give you a bill at the hospital anymore
You gotta love Edith!😂😂😂
Archie's hospital bill is less than what it cost me to walk into the ER several years ago - literally, the walking in the door price, and the entire 12 hours there was much more
I loved this episode. It showed Archie learning. It was baby steps, but in the right direction.
I remember watching this in the 70s with my parents when I was so young I didn't fully understand even the words of their opening song yet.. Best show ever written..
0:52 Archie's in the mood
It's the black blood! 😂
🤣🤣
"Look what they're charging me for an enema, here" 😂😂
"What dey chargin' me fer....intraveenooses dere......anesthootics... pharma cuticles....." 🤣

@@LittleBlueOwl318 They wouldn't have LET you grab your own out of your purse. Legal liability you know!
Remember, first and foremost with hospitals is MONEY, then legal liability. Medicine and patient care come third.
@@retroguy9494 Yeah, well, for those prices what they don't know...
Idc if insurance covered it, either - that's still ridiculous!
@@LittleBlueOwl318 Yes, I agree with you. It IS ridiculous!
'Oh well dats a mighty white a ya dere docta ohh ah eh I didn't mean nuttin' by dat I was just talkin about da blood.' 😂🤣
🤣🤣
"For this here I oughtta sell tickets! ... Look out the door, the blob is comin!""
Mike sure has some nerve!
But you really can't see it with those baggy pants.
Norman Lear put that in to make Mike look like an idiot. To push the Anti-Polish stereotype that Archie pushed.... that Polish people are "Dumb Polacks".
Now a days that bill would be $320,000.
Naw only 32 grand !!!
@@justicebeginstoshine8069 for the bed pans.
Love this series. Always have!
My last hospital stay cost $40,000.

I miss the Days when you could Joke about Your Race...

@@quentonupshaw4549 Really!!-
Edith commenting we only had to pay $135 when we had Gloria Archie yeah and we got to keep what came out of you! Funny funny!
Saline and volume expanders are sooo wonderful😃😎
Very funny when you do not grasp science
I was born in 1961 3 months premature i was in the hospital for 1 month the bill was 700 dollars and it took my parents 5 years to pay that off he only brought home at that time was a 100 dollars a week
$600 in 1977, adjusted for inflation, would be $3,182.83 today!
Almost the value of the hospital bill!
😂😂😂😂
so sad no medicare how awful
There was Medicare back then. It started in the 60's. But Archie didn't qualify for it because he was only in his early 50's.
Cut the idiot commercials!!!
In world war two the blood was separated by race
It took them "200 years to get equal rights". So what's all the bitching about now 50 years later?
Ok, Archie.
@@leannecanty8821Okay meathead! 😂
Still unequal. True equality would interfere with your privileges way 2 much.
