I think they kept Billy's voice for all the sounds Blue makes and his lines in in the Trainer Lodge, so he's still very much part of Blues character. That was nice of them to do.

I guess they gave him strike EX just so he could AOE apply the second rebuff.
It took me 21000 gems for red, and I got lucky and pulled the leaf on the first summon.. I have 3k left for blue!

Don't do it! It's true. You must pull the unit to get the cake and it doesn't even count at all toward the main banner if you do.
