  • There are still a lot of improovement's to be made, but happy how it turned out!
    I'm still using an 70% throttle cap until the jet drive is fully run in.
    Once the jetsurf board is finished i might upload an detailed build video.

    This is killer dude, im halfway through my build going with a custom dual 63mm jet drive getting about 32kg thrust per drive. This is proper motivation to get it finished 👍👍

    Very cool! Idk if going way out to the middle of a lake is the best way to do a first test, but congrats! Maybe just stay closer to shore next time

      The core parts are an TP100 motor, an APD UHV 20S 400A ESC, 80mm jet pump, and an 18S 36000mah battery with bms/active balancing.

    Is amazing project!
    How do you made cooling system in the motor and battery?
    Can you put the link of the materials: motor, bms, battery...?
    And finaly do you have use only carbon fiber or put Styrofoam in the middle?

    • @alientrip6227
      @alientrip6227  2 роки тому +2

      Thanks!
      The motor is cooled with an watercooling jacket, the waterflow is generated by pressure from within the jet.
      The battery is just cooled by the aluminium top plate of the battery pack.
      I'm using an tp100 motor but the batteries i used are unfortunately not available anymore.
      If i would build another battery pack i would use Liitokala Lii31S batteries.
      I shaped the board out of styrofoam and laminated carbon/kevlar on top of it.
