We hope you enjoyed watching this! It brings back so many memories of last summer. What’s something new you learned from this video? Peep the part where I keep showing up in the clip with more clothes and protection because grinding off the rust hurt my skin when it would fling off the trailer (0:45 - 1:15). I literally hated that part. -Kate
Love how you guys actually broke it down throughout the whole thing. I’m actually about to start building my 31ft tiny house soon and this video helped out a lot. Keep up the great work 🙏🏼
$500 is a bargain for the tiny house base. Here in Australia it's not easy to get this type so have to get made is $15,900 just for that 😩 u guys did an incredible job
Thanks for the video i like to know how did u bolt it down the frame portion on the trailer plz thanks i have a friend who need help and i am volunteering for it
Unfortunately, the rest of our video footage was corrupted when we went to review it. We filmed it all as we were going and didn’t sit down to edit until later and it was missing.
Hello i would like to know how or what did you do to bolt the framing on the trailer plz did you use any brakets ? I i am new to this and friend need help making home like this on a trailer thank you🙏
Hey, check out the specs on fiberglass insulation! The paper backing actually offers no vapor resistance and is just an easier form factor to install because the paper allows you to handle the insulation with minimal contact! But, something we did learn in this process is that before putting on the subfloor it is valuable to install a 3-5mm plastic vapor barrier to help waterproof the insulation during the building process. Thanks for the comment. 🙂

Really like that you give tips and tricks as well as talking about what you would have done differently

Love this! Also love that you’re really breaking it down and walking through the process rather than just giving a time lapse:) great video
We’re so glad you liked it! Thank you!
Really like your comments on how you would not things differently, so very helpful for those doing similar projects!
Love the build! You know you installed the insulation backwards right?
How much does your tiny house weigh approximately. Good job
I like the way you presented it! But where’s the other parts of the build to complete?!?! 😭 I’m very interested
Sadly we lost all the other footage. :( we had worked for months on the project and when we stored the video files they didn’t save.

You say camper frames are readily available. Any suggestions for sources for camper frames?
So if i dont own a property where should i build it?
Really really love the breakdown of every step..
BUT is the music just a bit to loud.. or is it just me.. I have a hard time hearing the voice.. ?🤔
You gonna drive it to NY this summer?
Haha, that would be sweet! Who knows 🤷🏽♂️
You can go 8 1/2 feet wide
What rim size is it?
wheres part 2?
Where are parts 2,3,4, etc? You said to continue to the next part, but there are none.

Do you mention the trailer length and width anywhere? Sorry for the dumb question if answered thanks

You can see brackets they used while they have the floor upside down, at 5:05.
Anyone notice the dog dancing to the music?
Why’d you cut off the outriggers?
I was curious about that too, but perhaps it's a mobility/code thing. Some places restrict via permit, or fine you for larger size home builds.
Que medidas tiene?
is that a flat roof?
It has a slight pitch!
Didn't you put the insulation in wrong
The vapor barrier should be up towards the floor NOT down towards the bottom 😂
