    My guy. I subbed to you during the pandemic to help pass some time and I got myself into a bit of a van life craze. I’m not really into the van life craze anymore but I do pop in from time to time and man it’s crazy to see how much progress you’ve made. The amount of skill and craftsmanship you have is amazing.

      That's literally how he makes his money. He turned a van in a living space to travel & then sold it. Ppl liked it so he did the RV moved in it & now does that, make vans into living spaces, sells the vans makes yt content from it which he monetises. Made e book on how to do that too

    Dude you have some serious skills. I was in the shed business for many years and lots of people talked about converting a shed into a tiny house. I always thought I would instead do what you did and convert an RV or Travel Trailer instead. No foundation or permits etc... Just makes more sense and it is portable. Great Job!!!

    "Old RV"....looks so much nicer before than the one we bought to live in until we could get our double wide "liveable." But you really brought your old RV to a fine level of style and craftsmanship. Love watching you work. Too many sites don't show all their work, just a description and a tour. You must have been a good math student....you are also an excellent teacher! Kudos to the adults that reared you!!!!

      Except for one big thing. Tin can . Hot in Summer and practically
      Unliveable in the Winter. When you heat these for winter condensation
      Can build up causing mold .

      Problem is most people want their tiny mobile home on their existing property. Most zoning and occupancy laws don't allow this. Everyone gets lost in the tiny home dream and forgets their are municipal regulations you need to follow. Plumbing, being on the electrical grid, and local laws that are as simple as not letting you park vehicles in your yard or backyard.

      @Romeo Tene it would be nice if they would make some without all the trashy built in furniture, so people can add their own comfy stuff and customize. It doesn’t make sense to pay for a new RV and rip it apart. Plus some of us cannot do that kind of manual work.

      I would use pallet wood for wood to build things and save money. My old neighbor built a coffee table out of pallet wood. It looked amazing. I took an old desk of mine and used pallet wood to build a shelf for it. I turned it into a TV stand.

      He’d be pretty damn good at it. The problem is that they build these keeping speed and skill of employees in mind. 90% of the factory workers that build these are terrible at their jobs. The final steps of production are literally just fixing/hiding flaws and fuck-ups.

      @@valerieann2751 man it really sucks how the big manufacturers mass producing thousands of rvs a month can’t be as customized as much as a Newell or Prevost which take up to 6 months to custom build. Tbh they have to make money too or else they wouldn’t be successful as a business, so they have to use prefabricated parts, and common parts between brands and manufacturer models.

    This 76 yr old lady LOVED watching your RV Reno! We RV’d for a number of years (snowbirds) from Ontario into the southern states, and did some reno’s of our own, but nothing close to the amount you’ve accomplished! Terrific job; beautiful outcome!       Me either! I was absolutely fascinated and awed to watch him do this! He should be someone for he young teens now, that stealing, violence or any criminal activity is needed to be happy, make money, which does not always add to your life. I think all teens should have mentors, male and female, to help them navigate this life. Especially if the parents aren’t involved in their life enough. If I were way younger, and had seen this, I would beg him to take me on as an apprentice and teach me carpentry.
      At 62 yo woman, I am actually sure, I would have loved it! I was a nurse and loved that, also. Helping people, for 35 years.

      Yes, I agree. Well done! Hehas wonderful design taste. I did think his bathroom sink was too small to be functional. Although, it Looked great.
      Love the soft jazzy music. Sometimes I can’t finish a video because the music is sooo annoying.
      Great job! You could easily go into RV remodeling. I hate so many of them go into landfills or junkyards.

      Probably and using wood in the shower area, no matter how much me coated it, will eventually rot. Still wouldn't stop me living in it though.

    What an awesome project to see completed. I really like how he didn't give any unnecessary narration for each step and simply demonstrated his plan.

    Sick remodel, I actually love the aspect you provide of having to go room by room (obviously not the most efficient way) because you're having to actually live in it. It really shows the reality of how something like this would go to an average person, and not just every shot being perfect and clean etc. It's awesome man, keep doing content like this!

    OMG I'm a 52 year old woman who is about to take off and live in my RV for a year. I'm super impressed with your skills. I've been brushing up on some stuff so that I can handle most repairs on my own. Scary but exciting at the same time.

    If you are leaving the trailer stationary I would build a frame & roof over it to take the snow load. The bumpout will leak if the snow piles up. I'm in Canada & at our Provincial Parks sites are rented out for the winter & most build frames to protect the roof & bumpout. Also take straw bales & pack under the trailer for winter insulation. Enjoy your new home!

      Also, use the leveling jacks under the trailer to prop it up as high as you can, or you will have mice invading, unless you have found another way to keep them out! I found out, the hard way!

      uhhhh, it showed ~me~ that this guy has mad woodworking skills that i know take a lot of time, effort, and natural talent to aquire. just his array of joinery is impressive- biscuits, dowels, angle pockets, even the sprinkling of sawdust on the excess glue. all show hard-earned skills.
      yeah, we could all try this at home, but this result doesn't come from your first rodeo. 😎
