Although it makes sense testing the O2 sensor directly. In case of any doubts about it's good functioning. Remain the fact that you have "torque" running well. So, simply go to the test option and read both O2 sensors. Their data is readily available. No need to pull the wires, etc. ;-)

For Yaris the resistance in heater wire is 1.3 to 2.8 ohm . Not 13ohm

you just coppied the procedure
