If my 1990 420sel high revs to 1000 in park and neutral, but 650 in drive. And it hard shifts from park to drive. What part should I buy to start? Thinking idle control valve? Thanks! Love the videos.

Nothing older than a few years is compatible with windows 11. Not even the older gaming PC I bought to edit UA-cam videos. Maximize the RAM in your PC. That will help a great deal. If it will hold 16 or 32 gig, pick up a new stick and install it.
