Oooo nooooo ... we're paying 2050 prices for apartments that look like we're living in 1993. Where is all this money these landlords get going? Indeed money is the root of all kinds of evil.
As a landlord, many of the profits I generate through my rental properties go towards my monthly vacations, college expenses for my kids, dining out, but it's mostly travel. A small portion does go towards fixing some of our units and maintenance, but not very often.
March 1, 2024 ~ Just received a rent increase this morning in Hillcrest; cool building but NO parking, storage or amenities (except a creepy laundry room with only cold water wash - which I don't use) ... 🫡
What a poor segment. Ken is out of touch. $2100 for a one bedroom? "But it's large" give me a break.
In La Jolla with those out of date appliances, unbelievable. Thx&see ya😁

@@SaL-ep7zb sounds fun, I think I need to join the club
@@amaturearcadia You only live once, it's either YOU or THEM. I rather make sure my time here on earth was well spent.
The key to renting in San Diego is don't do it.
Wow....the salaries in San Diego must be great! Regular folks paying that much means wages are going through the roof as well...
Dude doesn’t know how to do math. The bedroom in the 2BR apartment was not 200 square feet.
hahaha true
This was an out of touch segment.
This video is a scam
