Unfortunately, Google said my ad was poor quality and paused my campaign. I had to undo the pins. Looks like they want more data points. Excellent video! I found it very useful and will recommend it to others. I do have one question: Starting at about the 28:37 point, you suggest using phrase match and exact match. Then you show how to set up each keyword so it is entered twice -- once as a phrase match and again as an exact match. Given that phrase match encompasses exact match (meaning that any search term that exactly matches a given keyword would also qualify as a phrase match for that keyword), what is the advantage of using both phrase and exact matches on the same keyword? I figure there must be something about this that I don't know. Thanks for your help!

Why does Google also show a "Search" Ad on their "Display Network" by default? He explicitly chose the "Search" option instead of the "Display" option (at 5:00 in the video). However, the "Display Network" option was still checked by default (at 6:10 in the video).

This is a great video. I just wish google would stop f'ing around with design and layout. The steps here are very straightforward, but of course, the interface I see is somewhat different than what you're using.
A great video - Google make it so complicated and you make it so understandable, but their screen formats seem to have changed slightly over past year or so and I am still stumped about the custom parameters and alternative URLs for tracking etc and came to a standstill, but thanks for getting me this far - do you have another video that explains what these are and how to fill them in?
