I'm autistic and it's fascinating to hear you describe the systems I've created over the years so I can function. When it comes to journaling, I prefer to braindump everything on a page or two. Helps me figure out what's going on in my brain and what might be stressing me out or important right now.😊
i used to start the day with a to do list but if i missed one of the planned thing on that day it made me very stressed and made me feel like i m left behind the schedule and would never be able to get back on track. Although i knew it sounded silly to feel this way but was the reality. so i make a to do list that applies to one full week with general titles on it. and this gives me a good relaxing breath that i know i can catch up within that planned week incase i missed smthing. just wanted to share. please do continue with the podcasts😊
@@bonde.johnson Do you have a system to avoid sensory overload? It's a huge energy leak for me and really annoying. So I'm looking for ideas on how to refine mine, it's not quite there yet.😅
This. Is. A. Great. Video. You have a clear voice and everything tells of the effort you put in. Im glad I found it at this time! My dad passed away a couple years back. He was very ordered like this and so was I, but then I lost it. A lot of things didn't come easy with what to put value to anymore, but this helps clear things up and it may be different things, but better things. Thank you!

I have chronic fibromyalgia and chronic osteoarthritis.As of January this year I started a new way of living I suppose you could say.I no longer eat any processed food and I push to walk 3 miles every day.So far two stones I've lost and hoping to lose another two stone over the next year.My goal is to be able to fly over to Florida next August for two weeks.I follow you and Dan for the laughter so I feel I'm still part of the human race.You two have helped me so much through the grief of losing my beautiful friend last September.We were just like you and Dan making others laugh with our antics I am still lost without her but setting myself goals and doing things differently I'm getting there .Thank you both .
Why does having a career, having lots of projects, being productive, matter to you? Why are you ambitious for your career? I ask because I don't really have career ambitions, I work to feel fulfilled and to live & be able to enjoy other parts of my life, do other work, etc - I'm very unambitious for my paid work.
