For the larger roaster:

ictcoffee.com/
First off, these don't even scratch the surface with regard to the importers/suppliers that are out there. I HIGHLY encourage you to do your own research. These handful of suppliers are very well known and I have personally bought from each one (except golden bean trade but have heard good things).
Main takeaways:
1. Explore your options and leverage the variety while it still makes financial sense. The greater variety of coffee you roaster and taste, the more educated and experienced you will be.
2. Don't focus on or worry about quantities or the ability to consistently sell a signature blend. You're better off to leverage the variety (takeaway #1) and then settle in on some coffees once you've transitioned to a "mid-level" importer.
3. For those of you in early stages, I promise that you will transition from one importer/supplier multiple times or use more than one at a time. That's all okay. Stay focused and look at the financial benchmarks--ask yourself: am I consistently buying multiple orders of the maximum discounted amount i.e. 10lbs x 5 in your shopping cart. This is where you can start to lose valuable margins.
Hopefully this was helpful and I promise I'm back! Time to start putting out a lot of content. New video coming this weekend sharing an epiphany of mine.

Hi all, my husbands family are coffee bean farmers in Honduras. They are open to take in new customers.
Social media?
@andriarae_ what is a good site to buy?
Do they have a website or their contact information you could provide me? I'm a small company looking to expand our selections. Thanks
Hi, are they available?
@@mike7243hi Mike are you still looking for coffee supplier
Yooo! Thanks for the shoutout! So stoked to win the mug and coffee! Great video as well! The roaster I work out orders about 3000 lbs a week from ICT, they are pretty great most the time
My pleasure, Colton! I'd love to hear more about the operation and hear about your experience in the coffee industry.
Hello! I am a supplier for beans from the Dominican Republic! Our beans are smooth, earthy dark chocolate flavor with notes of dark cherry.
hey do you have any social media?
meaning instagram or tiktok?
Thanks for all the videos. Most helpful entrepreneur on youtube💯
I really appreciate that, Khalil! I hope all is well.
Awesome Video. I took notes this time. I'm new to home roasting using a popcorn roaster since January of this year. What do you recommend as an upgrade for an at home roasting? Also, Will you be doing another live Q&A like last time soon?
I will be bringing back Q&As yes! I just got set-up to be able to do that. Looking forward to connecting with you all. As far as roasters, it would depend on a couple factors such as: where are you roasting? What's your current demand? Do you prefer drum or fluid bed? Do some digging and I'm happy to try and help point your towards a roaster!
Looking into buying the same roaster. Just getting all my ducks in a row for a smooth start up. I’m eyeing up a g3 bunn grinder also since they seem to be the standard for longevity. Would love a link to that label printer so I can research it more and see what it’s capable of. Keep it up the videos are very informative and all worth watching.
I appreciate the kind words! Which printer are you referring to? We don't currently use a label printer but am happy to link you to a printer that I used to use for labels (black & white only).
Wow a year ago and I am watching this video again! I actually bought an artisan 3e roaster a month ago and am finally getting in the game. Don’t worry about the printer ? I’ve started making my own labels already.
Are these companies your talking about and using specialty grade coffee? I have used sweet Maria’s. They just take way too long to get to me. So I have been using Burmans coffee traders. If I order on say a Wednesday. The order of beans will be to me on the Friday. No in weeks. I typically only order like 25lbs at a time. I have found that works great. As my customers are willing to wait if they have to. At this time it’s more a hobby for me. I just sell it so I can afford to buy beans and supplies. Just starting up k-cups. If they do well I’ll keep buying if not I won’t buy them again.
Hello there! I enjoyed your video lots of good information. Do you know of any Coffee Roasters? That is what I am looking for and having a hard time finding some.
Me too
Are there good margins for selling coffee beans online? Seems like there's almost no profitability...
I’m currently in the process of importing coffee beans from my fiancé’s familiy farm in Honduras if any one is interested. Green or roasted available. I’m located in Detroit Michigan

How can I get connected to you? and thank you so much for posting this videos. I get a lot of information from this one.
the music and echo makes it almost impossible to stay focused and interested
This is all good and we'll if you are just planning on selling too friends and family. If you plan on making ANY profit or trying to expand and become larger you need to have coffee on hand to roast for demand. If you plan on marketing even in your loyal region you are going to need hundreds of pounds of green just to pay for materials and rent. I wouldn't call a 10lb order even close to something commercial even if it's small. That's only 10 orders.
The fastest way to lose customers is to sell them a good bag of coffee and then not be able to provide that bag again when they need it.
How do you decide which origins to start out with.
Great question Earl. This is something that I took the trial and error approach. I would say keep it broad early on i.e. buy anything and everything. I wouldn't worry about specific origins until you've tried coffee from multiple regions on multiple continents.
Hey man, I keep trying to click the link for your e-book, but the link seems to be broken. (I tried the Kindle version.)
The site is actually down. I'm sorry about that!
Hi Bondi our prices for coffee going to increase with all the other high prices of everything seeming to go up right now... is Coffee going to increase the same way do you think
Hey Gary! I do think the prices of coffee might see some slight increase given the state of the market but overall we've seen production continue to increase YoY in most major producing countries/regions: www.ico.org/news/cmr-0121-e.pdf. That being said we are in an interesting market with a shortage of workers. This might end up impacting coffee on the retail side but we will have to wait and see.
@@bonde.johnson I supplier coffee from Indonesia
Want to offer our coffee products
We may be interested in our products
Hi, nice video and good luck with the channel!
I'm from Indonesia and want to start trading specialty coffee such as Luwak Coffee and Javanese Arabica to the US, any tips on where or whom I should offer my products to? Thanks in advance!
Hi Gifny! I appreciate the kind words! I would honestly start by connecting with roasters like myself. I know a few roasters that buy direct from farm and look to connect with specialty coffee sellers. I am happy to dig through some contacts and see if I can make a connection but outside of that I don't have too much help to offer unfortunately!
@@bonde.johnson Great thanks man, I appreciate it! I will definitely contact you ASAP when I'm ready with everything, just in the process in sorting out some papers and deals.
Rock on!
Sorry had to leave early . The music is distracting
