Just debuff the opponent as much as you can and fight no point in trying to heal
Give up. Just retire as a PVE player.
Just don’t heal? Or if your having a really hard time, just run away with a speed potion.
Its honestly worth more just using the potion while running away and then doing linkstrider heal than it is trying to proc placebo effect. 9/10 you’re getting hit trying to proc this in a gank for sure.
True, this is mainly useful if you're with an ally and aren't currently being harassed by an enemy. But mid-fight id definitely stick to trying to debuff
