I can't pay using klarna I contacted customer service and they just said they having issues..but I'm starting to think that they won't approve me for this service and on my klarna app it don't say how much I have to spend like in the one in the video do anyone know why they might not be allowing me to pay using this klarna app..and everytime I try to check out it says that they do not accept cards from this issuer anyone know anything about this thanks
I made a purchase via the klarna app but when I came to pay I paid at the end with PayPal it said klarna is in the app itself.. Does that count?

I'm trying to use my power purchase I have 900.00 dollars. It is asking for my bank card information to make the purchase so u can't use the power purchase to make payments.

Just to add a little detail of info. If the store you're making a purchase from takes more than 24 hours to process the payment, the one-time card will be declined as it's only available for 24 hours.

I downloaded the app recently but cant seem to find the financing section. I've read online you can finance up to 36 months on big purchases, is this still true?
Depends on your region. We don't have this option in Australia. I have heard some other apps offer those types of options.
Not in the us. U either get the four payments split up into every two weeks or with interest split into six payments
Wait so like let’s say you made your first payment and it says the item will be delivered in 5 days when you look at the item but when you pay your first payment does it still come to you in those 5 days or does it just make you pay all those payments then you get it??
You will get the item in 5 days. You pay the three rest payments at later dates.
Can you do store pickup with this app or only shipping items?
Yes I got a ps5 the same day I paid the first instalment
I get all the way to adding the preset klarna card to my Google wallet, accept all of the terms. Then I go to the klarna card and tap to pay, and it doesn't work. It makes a sound like it's accepted, but it takes me to my bank card in Google wallet. And the klarna payment doesn't go through. I spent 15 minutes before giving up at the register today and just paying full price. At least Klarna released the first payment hold right away when I canceled. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. For reference, I have a Galaxy s20 plus phone.

Yes, you can use Klarna in store. You'll need to activate the card and add it to your payment app.

Yes you can. Some items such as alcohol are must not be purchased.
So I just did an order and it took my money before I even confirmed the order and now nothings popping up that I even ordered something what do I do?
Go to Active Cards in the app settings. If the card is unused, you can use it again.

Can you use purchase power to pay for an order at Walmart? I have a decent amount of purchase power and was hoping to use it towards groceries. But it takes me to the payment method and shows my registered card on file. I don’t want to pay with my personal card if I’m able to use the purchase power credit. PLEASE HELP!
Ur purchase power is how much u can use to pay for purchases its like how much we trust you with to pay back. Because they are loaning u the money to pay for ur shit. Cause they buy it for you and you pay them back. Its not like. Rewards system. The better ur at paying them back the more they will trust u with

ABSOLUTELY NOT... it's basically saying you can buy something up to this amount and we will pay for it for you.

Most shops yes. Even though you can't find it in the app, you can shop.
Some purchases such as alcohol and stuff are not allowed.

The Item I was trying to get was a PS5 I guess it was too much 😂 but I was able to get my XBOX SERIES X Controllers with no problems the payments went through and I already paid the first payment of $100 I guess I’ve to shop with them more to get my power Points Up 😂🤣
yeah, PS5 costs a lot. The initial limit they offer is just a couple of hundred dollars. $300 in Australia.
Is klarna provide the multi marketplace API that I can connect in my service booking API and I can pay to my vendors directly in their Bank on basis of commission ?
I don't think Klarna has anything like that.
Do you know if klarna except chime or paypal as a payment method?because when I tried to place my 1st order on the app.it left error message that they don't except and working on adding more payment methods.
I honestly don't think they will be adding those methods anytime soon.
I think PayPal is a competitor, so I doubt it.

You get the product on the time. It's like you are buying a product as you normally do.

Here are the countries where it is accepted www.klarna.com/international/
If you are verified, most likely it works in your country. Try clearing the app cache. If you can, try on a different network: like different Wi-Fi.

In my app the ghost card option just doesn't exist, the option to pay with klarna doesn't exist in any of the stores.
That's strange. Is the app fully available in your region? You might need to contact them.
@@mks-mobile yeah, when I first downloaded the app the option was there when I tested it then when I actually wanted to buy something it disappeared, I contacted them, they said they are gonna transfer my case to the team in my country then nothing happened.
Have you tried the app on a different device?

They do support Amazon in the US and here in Australia. I'm not sure about the UK and the rest.
Hey I have a debit card and not a credit card. But klarna are refusing to let me use them (I guess because of the credit background check)

If its like a online bank or prepaid bank card it wont allow it. As a safety procedure for them. They only do a soft credit check so it wont affect ur credit. And sadly will not improve it.
What if you don’t put the actual price of the item while paying with klarma
If you insert lower, the transaction will most likely decline.
If you insert more than in the cart, the app will charge you more (first installment), but you're will get the rest back after paying for the items.
I just download the app today. I try to buy something to test it but doesn't work. I chat with them they tell try to use another payment like a one-time card but still does not work. Maybe I have to wait for 24 hours to approve?
I don't think there is an approval time, but have a go and please let me know :)
@@mks-mobile It' still does not work. I use my personal debit card and I never had a credit score before. Maybe that's a problem. They give a power purchase of $146 but cannot use it 😂 I add the item to the cart for $136 only or that's too much for the first payment. 🤔
Sorry to read that. Mine worked without any issues. I even placed my first order while recording for this video. I had generated cards before, but never used them.

Yeah it’s available for monthly payments
Klarna does not do monthly payments like that u pay it every two weeks split into four payments or six payments with interest if u wanna do a hard credit check

That's strange. Klarna just asks for a credit or debit card here. I'm not sure why it's asking you to log in!

Yes, Klarna does a soft credit check. I think it's part of their process. They need your bank account details to do a soft check.

Same thing happened to me but I didn’t put the card on the website I still had my bank card that’s why it didn’t go through once I changed the card to the Klarna one time card the payment went through
This happened to me item was out of stock by the time I purchased it Klarna gave me my money back within an hour
