I know it might be a lot of work, but might it be possible to build Felix a little "platform" in some of the medium-height branches? Maybe even just wedge a pallet up there - just something that would be a happy medium of "a place to rest" and "still up in the tree" so he's comfy? Just an idea!

Mikayla is NUTS about some foxes! No secret of course. In fact, she is -- as she has been since she was a kid -- nuts about all kinds of animals (except raccoons). I think the charm of this extremely popular channel is that SHE REALLY MEANS IT. I have no doubt that if UA-cam didn't exist, Mikayla would still be the true patron saint of animals. If she was living in her car and eating cat food, I believe that she would still find a way to shower love and care on the animals. Salute, Mikayla.

I've heard that Mikayla can get him down from the tree at night by offering food. She does that so she can put him in a kennel at night to keep him safe.
There's a video of her putting the foxes in the kennels at night and Felix does come into the kennel for a piece of chicken.
