@@Ronasaur Thank you, This means a lot to me! As it goes for the card game I have a question. How did Horner, A dominion Admiral end up in a pirate-infested planet for the card game?
@@ToxicSpilll Horner's been running it with outlaws (Raynor's Raiders) for a while and before that he was a member of the Terran Confederacy (starcraft 1 biz). Only after the battle on Korhal when Mengsk died and Valarian took over did Horner gain the position of Admiral of the Dominion.
I like how Han's unit changes appearance as they get upgrades that clearly come from Mira, taking on a more Mira-esque look to them. I just wish that the same was done to Mira's units, getting more stable upgrades and changing them to look more dominion-esque.
Thematically I don't think it would work since the upgrades give the units their on death effects and enhancements that further embrace Mira's more explosive playstyle
Well to be entirely fair, it is kinda in line with special forces types to have more heavily "personalized" equipment (especially in StarCraft, a series where troops in the same army aren't even guaranteed canonically to have the same colored armor, and where sometimes ghosts just don't wear anything more than a tank top... Yes, that guy with the NVG's in that SC1 Zerg cinematic was a ghost). I also like the little detail of some of them having names in their rank cards.
Call in the Fleet ability is THE reason I purchased HnH and play the couple pretty often. The most epic calldown ever putting Mengsk’s Nuclear Annilihation and Artanis’ Solar Bombardment to shame.
I think this video is pretty awesome. I have always been curious about han and horner, but have never really looked into it. Just the way you explain it is easy to understand and entertaining, so thanks.
Thank you! My intention when releasing these videos is to do just that. I am happy that you enjoyed the video and found out whether this commander was rather worth the time or money.
H&H is one of the most versatile commanders, simply because the two sides of the army are completely different, and the mastery bonuses work for both sides. Your elite fliers can help if your ally is playing a commander with relatively poor anti-air (like alarak), and the masses of mercenaries can help commanders who rely on large numbers to receive bonuses (like ararak) Overall, play H&H and Alarak is gonna be fine
I just started playing starcraft 2. So far co-op is my favorite thing to do Even though I always have to play with randoms. These two are definitely my favorite and most fun to play! I haven't gotten into the story part about them in the campaign yet but I do like playing as a couple. It's kind of sweet
My playstyle in most RTS games is air superiority - I admit I tried Han and Horner just last night, and I'm instantly hooked. Talk about a rush to air!
One of my favorite commanders. I love using the Strike Fighters to neutralize Protoss Pylons. You forgot to mention that the Assault Galleons are also carriers. That makes them hit a bit harder!
SC2 Coop is so cinematic, got to start watching my replays to appreciate the cool battles since during the actual game I'm too busy macroing and microing.
@@ToxicSpilll I honestly don't know why he's so unwilling to give it a chance. She's an awesome pink haired mercenary badass with a robot eye that's infatuated with him, but for some reason he's really not into it. Maybe he's ace or something.
Not sure if somebody has mentioned this yet but the stronger death chance mastery is broken and it DOES NOT work at all. Leaving Strike Fighter AoE as the only option in power set 1. It's really a shame cause it would work so well with the first Prestige.
I think the one thing that this guide could add is the map control HnH have. They have fast moving reapers, strike fighters, space station, teleporting air units, or call in the fleet, all units or ability that can react to anything very quickly or instantly. Mines can also be dropped anywhere as well.
@@ToxicSpilll when you select a unit in-game, you can see their weapons they have and the stats they got. If you look at Swann's Wraiths, they have 2 weapons, missiles and the burst laser. If you look at Horner's wraiths on the other hand, it only has one type of weapon
If you're still looking for other games to cover, what about Warhammer 40k Dawn of War? Particularly the Ultimate Apocalypse mod for that game has a massive amount of factions and unit variety.
"2 years" hey don't feel too bad. I've played these games since starcraft 1 an Warcraft 3 originally came out in disc form and I still have never used hotkeys.
Bomber Platforms cost 100 minerals and 100 gas normally and cost 200 each with the galactic gun runners prestige. However, they are still capped as they cost 2 supply, each making the final prestige kinda disappointing.
It's a shame that Matt and Mira are by far, and I mean BY FAR the worst commander in the game. We've had enough time over the years to sadly confirm that. Definitely worst commander although not necessarily worst prestige. Abathur is the best commander to many, but his p1 and p3 are some of the worst prestiges in the game. Overall it's really a toss up between Han and Horner and Raynor for most people I think, they take forever to ramp up and can get punished so easily. Han and Horner p1 is acceptable if you know how to play it, but their p2 and p3 are both shit down there with vorazun p2. I don't like Vorazun either and put her in the bottom 5 commanders with swann and artanis, but that's more my personal taste than community ranking. And even if Han and Horner suck, they are really fun to play which I can't say about Vorazun.
I do enjoy that game but I suck major ass at it. Also on the topic of Warhammer is I will eventually do Warhammer on the channel. Can't right now cause you know... expensive.
@@ToxicSpilll i really like the game as a whole but it would flow really well into your style of commentary in explaining the armies and their benifits. but i'm like you i'm not into the hardcore PERFECT game play which is probbaly way mengst is so hard for me.

Bit of a nitpick but the Wraith uses the same weapon against both ground and air units and making it good at dealing with both.
