I'm living in luxury now with my new tundra! 4x4 hybrid. It's like a spaceship on wheels. The 14-inch screen feels like I'm watching Netflix in IMAX. The compartments are so deep, I think I found Narnia in one of them. And don't even get me started on the auto drive - it's like having my own personal chauffeur. The heated and cooled seats? Oooh la la, I feel like I'm getting a hug from Mother Nature every time I sit down.
Just picked up the same Tundra but in smoked mesquite color. I’m on my third tundra, previous 2 where both gen 2, and I must say I’m loving the ride of this new one. Super nice!
I have the same exact truck as you - 2024 Tundra Limited with TRD off-road and factory 3” lift. The dealer installed 35s (295x65x20) on the 20” TRD wheels and I had to get 1.25” spacers from spidertrax, however, still rub in the inner anti sway bars. Any advice all? I am thinking of doing the same on this video and get +18 offset wheels. However, doing the math, the TRD wheels are +50 offset and with the 1.25 inch (31.75mm) spacers, it should be around +18 offset but still rub.
Hmmm, good question. My 35x11.5's on my 18" +18's rubbed VERY SLIGHTLY at full lock in reverse when first installed, but now with about 11K miles on them, don't rub at all. I am guessing it is going to slightly fluctuate based on small differences in tire specs and tread design depending on the brand.
Just picked up this exact truck in Smoked Mesquite color. I upgraded from a 2021 Tacoma Sport and all I can say is wow! The extra room is amazing and the truck drives like a champ. I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money on the IFORCE MAX. The twin turbo performs just fine. Great video!
How were you able to find this tundra? Did you go to a dealership and tell them what you wanted? This is exactly what i want. Trd off road package with the color match grille and no chrome. 3 inch lift. Sweet truck!
Yeah the lights are still able to be added, just not there from the factory. I haven’t actually looked behind the little covers that are there to see what the wiring looks like - once I get lights installed I’ll make a video on it!
I got a 2024 platinum at the end of February with the factory lift. All the wires and the switch are there. Pull the plastic covers off and you’ll see the wires plugged in to the back.
How you like it Now? I just purchased A 2024 Toyota Tundra Limited Edition TRD White Frost Pearl exterior,But I'm in Canada and the shocks and other things are different same Model ,pick it up next week . How Much??? $73.400 CND for this.model in Ontario Canada.
There’s still a skid plate, but you are correct it’s pretty wimpy compared to the TRD skid plate. I’ve seen some people modifying the TRD plate and putting it back on, maybe I’ll do that at some point!
Hey Marvin, nice color, I hope you opted to purchase the most extensive extended warranty money can buy. Did your dealer tell you in writing this Tundra is NOT a part of the engine recall? Get it all in writing. I am not a fan of street tires on a lifted truck, but to each his own. I hope you got 10k off as the diminished value on Tundras are taking a serious hit. Let us know how you like it after the newness wears off in a few months.
Hey there, it’s been a few months and a few thousand miles of driving, and the truck is great! Check out my other videos, the stock wheels and tires were replaces in the first week of ownership 😉 this is a 2024, not currently part of any recalls; Toyota will not continuously release a bad product, it has been great and I believe will continue to be!
Yeah we will see how it holds up! I have a hard time believing Toyota would put out a bad engine in place of a proven one, so hopefully they’ve worked out the bugs and this V6 will go the distance!
Mine is perfect so far! Toyota isn’t going to continuously produce a bad product. Never buy the first year of a redesign - that’s why I bought the third.
@@CharlieRogers50 so far pretty much everything about my new one exceeds my gen 2! More power, way better technology, better MPG, etc. Time will tell on long term reliability, but that’s what the warranty’s are for. As far as price, it was still the same price or cheaper than the equivalent trim level Ford or Chevy, and prices are only going to continue to rise. I love all gens of Tundra, and it was time to try something new!
Horrible unas gomitas de carretilla en comparación con el chasis se ve fea ya es hora que inviertan más en los rines y el frente no me convence prefiero una Chevy o gmc la verdad vienen mejor de extras
Thanks everyone for watching! New content coming soon relating to this truck, including modifications, likes and dislikes, ongoing reliability, etc!
I have a 1794 with a factory lift with same tires. What size tires are you thinking of putting on?
@@thomashung4587 check out my latest video! I went with a new wheel and tire setup - new tires are Falken Wildpeak AT4W 35x11.5r18’s.

Very nice truck, with a bigger tire like 295/65/20 it will look sick. I have a similar truck in hybrid and I wish it came it the TRD 3" lift :)
@@lho3337 thanks!! Check out some on my later videos, I threw some 35’s on there 😁
Bro, my dream truck! Congrats man, im mad jealous. Hoping to pick one up next year 2025

Really nice
How tall is the truck
How many inches in length is your TRD off road 4X4 side bed decal?
Just measured - it’s about 17”
@@TRDadLife thanks
Nice wheels
Awesome
Out the door price?
Just $500 under MSRP on this guy - high demand color and package. Plus MN taxes and registration.
What tires did you upgrade to? Size and type.
Falken Wildpeak AT4W 35x11.5r18! Video dropping later today with more details on the wheel and tire setup!
do you still have a fog light???
With the TRD lift, they “legally” have to remove the fog lights due to height restrictions - I’ll be adding back at some point!
Nice
Doesn’t a lift kit void the warranty ?
Nevermind. Factory lift kit. Duh lol
Color is cool
You should blackout the Toyota logo on the steering wheel. Silver is not super ideal with that cute interior
Valid. The only logo on the thing they didn’t black out!
Is this Hybrid or non?
Got to the "Underseat Storage" Part of the video right after I asked this lol. I have my answer.
@@dylanz7567 haha yes, non hybrid.
@@TRDadLife Are you satisfied with the non hybrid? Did you drive to compare?
Come on Toyota, black out the headliner and interior pillars
That would look sharp

Well its not a V8 but at least it doesn't have a 4banger hybrid engine that Toyota swears will last under any circumstances
