A CHINESE MAN BUILDS A WHOLE VILLAGE FROM SCRATCH

During the 2024 Chinese New Year, I got an invitation from an old friend to dine with them in their village. Construction of this project began in 2018 and in 2021, it was open to the public.
I've been to a lot of Chinese villages but this specific one felt different. It was a typical Chinese traditional village but with a simple touch of Modernization.
I was told that the estimated project capital was ¥5 Billion Chinese Yuan which is equivalent to almost $500 Million American Dollars.
The founder of this village aims to attract talents from various fields all across the globe to the village. He believes that putting up this development was a way of giving back to his community.

The building in the video is built according to the earth buildings in Yongding, Fujian. So the location should be in Fujian.
