This cars graveyards existed already as I was in China, and even not far from our Apartment. We had better quality apartment, but even that was lowest standard. There is very little USA Tax Payers money left, every year, to spend on Civic Infrastructures and provide affordable Civic Services for all their Tax Payers. Hence why 70 Million USA citizens live in poverty and the rest live on pay-check by pay-check and will lose their houses if they can not make the next mortgage payments, or pay for the next medical treatment.

I've been on China's High Speed Rail from Beijing to Shanghai (clock speed at 345kph). I've also been on USA's AmTrak from Boston to New York City, with an average speed of 80kph (it had to slow down at many turns ... top speed at 120kph ... but only for short runs). There is no comparison. China's HSR Trainports are like International Airports. USA had dirty, poorly lit train stations, and the AmTrak was clackerty-clack all the way (HSR, you could not feel any vibration at all).
