Hey Alfred, the yacht Luxury was built by Monte Carlo Yachts, and is 107' feet long, and 23 1/2 feet wide. She has a top speed of 28 knots, sleeps 8, with crew accomodations for 5, and weighs 104 tons. She was delivered in 2016, but I can't locate the owner. 😁👍✌

Tug sits low in the bow because when it’s tugging it raises the bow, kind of a counter weight. The rear tug is called a trailing tug. You knew that Alfred you’ve been on one trailing before.

Most captains/owners of usually 100'+ prefer to be towed up/out of New River. Especially at the "wiggles" just south of Lil Florida. Which,I have driven Jungle Queen 4 many times in 87-82 when I worked for her.

Just so glad you’re back! Kept up on your website and had just finished watching all your stuff back to the beginning of the Chit Show in 2020. Little more awkward back then, but totally a great evolution to watch to now. Thank you for all the time you put into your content!!

Amazing! What do the people do for a living? You need to hire a captain to pilot some of the larger yachts. Imagine being able to dock your yacht in the canal behind you house, most of the owners do in the New River area...

Colee Hammock park in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
The house across the river with people swimming used to be owned by Wayne Huizenga, who founded Waste Management, Blockbuster Video, and Autonation. He used to own the Miami Dolphins, but he sold it to the major butteater who owns it to this day.

Just logic here, not sure if this is correct, but the bow is likely low to be able to push on boats? Also, already stated below, when they tow the bow raises, so the tug get's the best of both possible needs. 😀✌
