    Hi Jessica, I love your 30 mins workouts. Can’t afford trainers so I religiously follow ur workouts. I started your workouts after an appendectomy surgery. I’m now at intermediate level. I feel more energetic. Can you pls do a 30 mins workout with yoga blocks ?

    Hi Jessica! I have carpal tunnel that likes to flare up after too much use of my wrists. I recently got into Pilates and the planks and table-top exercises are always tough. Thank you very much for this!

    Omg thank you so much. I think I messaged you on instagram that I broke my right lateral head of my right elbow and still recovering since 6 months I have no tricep muscles. This is so good.i have frozen shoulder and stuck shoulder blade. Your video sounds like just done for me.

    I broke my elbow and sprained my ribs - I’m very much out of shape and I can finally follow a program that doesn’t allow me to use my arm.! I’m so happy to have found this.!
    My back was definitely not used to this idk if I was doing it wrong but it began to hurt. Any idea what it could be? I’m definitely a beginner and not very flexible
    5’9” 200 pounds rn :/

    I have had Meniscus surgery in December.
    I'm done with physical therapy but I would still would really like to have exercises for it.
    I love doing planks but my knee sometimes doesn't like it so much.

      If you search for “Jessica Valant SI Pain Relief” you will find a video for this which is 14.49 minutes long. I have SI joint issues also and find that this helps. Even the ones for scoliosis help too!
