Hey dear, i could really identify with your experience and just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I went through the same and still do. But it gets better! It takes time to build up a trustful relationship with yourself and learn how to accept and love yourself. After many years of shame it is a very unfamiliar thing to do, but so important. Keep on going, you are on the right track! I can't wait for new uploads :)
