OK...this version is too well rehersed! I liked their early versions, all sweating and pumping...THEN, at the end I got it...Princess Di was in the audience! OMG!
Good ol' Di - she and her lady-in-waiting (or, whatever she is called) seemed to enjoy the performance; Charles, perhaps not as much - tho', at least he was gracious w/applause...would be interested to know who took stage after Loverboy...seemed a solo performer, so I have one possible guess ;-)

Wrong - Faith No More and Mr. Bungle are two different bands, Mike Patton formed Mr. Bungle before he joined Faith No More and FNM were around long before that.

Loverboy is from Vancouver. I went to Expo 86 when I was just 9, and wish I had saved all that bullshit pamphlets that they were giving out. I had shit like Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, West Germany, East Germany. I am sure their local library has it. The huge Swatch was the koolest for us kids.

hey, be fair, it wasn't a normal rock concert crowd, it was the gala at Expo, of course there were lots of older people there. I saw Loverboy in the 80s and the crowd wasn't like that at all.
