ingredients:
half a cabbage
boneless chicken thigh 500g
5 eggs
mozzarella cheese 200g
cream 250 ml
2 tomatoes
Parmesan cheese 100g
several pieces of garlic
spices (I have pepper, paprika, dried garlic, salt)
green onion
the recipe is as always very easy to prepare!
cut the cabbage into large cubes, salt it and put it on the bottom of the baking dish.
beat the eggs with cream and spices and add grated mozzarella and diced chicken to them, mix everything well and pour it on the cabbage, put the tomato cut into rings on top and sprinkle with parmesan
send everything to the oven to bake at 195 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes
as a result, we get an incredibly tasty cabbage and chicken casserole, even children love this recipe!
