Dogs? As if more than one? Did Parker get a sibling?🐶🐶
I opened the comments just to see if someone else asked this 😊
👀😇
I too came here to ask about the dogs comment
Me too!! Plural?!
More than one????? Parker and ?????
The cloud earrings plus the warm hair and shirt color are giving me rainy autumnal vibes 🍁🌧🍂
Dogs? Plural? What have I missed!!?
I thought the same thing!!
Dogs plural!!???? DOGS PLURAL!!????!!! 😍😍😍😁😁💖💖💖💖🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶did Parker get a new fren??
I thought the same thing!!! omg
I read 7 books in July - with 2 kids and a newborn. Very surprised with myself! Had a fabulous reading month!
That’s awesome!
oh my…. meanwhile i’m stuck 🥲 do you have any tips on how to read more in ur perspective! also congrats on the newborn! hope ur family is happy and healthy always x
@@megyeoo I just use the time I would have spent watching TV or on social media reading instead and try to read a wide variety of genres and authors to keep me interested in what I'm reading! Thanks for your well wishes! ☺️ X
Wow! Your so hard working ! Especially with all those kids
oh that's amazing, congrats!
My notification just said: hey ur queen is here finally 😎✌️
SAME
Ikr
why does every reader around the world seem to go through book slumps at the same time lmaooo
Because they happen ALL THE TIME 😭😭
I went through one this month too
@@brookedixon9139 same
It always happens during summer for me
Re starting and stopping reading in July: YES. I moved early in the month and I literally only picked up the books for my Spooky Summer Reading challenge in the last few days of July. Perhaps August will be the time to slow down a bit more, take better care of myself, and just *read*.
I did the exact same thing in July 😂 usually I read one book at a time but I started 3 books at the beginning of July and just don't feel like finishing them..
@@molliee5183 seriously! I have a stack by the bed half started!
yay Noelle, so happy to see what you've read this month :) i noticed that you've deleted your instagram page, i hope that you're okay because you deserve all the happiness in the world !!! Neon Gods seems to be really good, i'll add it to my TBR 💜
I missed your gorgeous face girl
hope you're feeling better :))
yayyy! finally i dont have to re-watch the old vids. Love u so much noelle. Really appreciate your hustle. You made me fall in love with reading
Thank you for blessing us with this video! I keep rewatching your videos almost everyday ♥️♥️♥️
Was literally just hoping you would post your july wrap up an hour ago and you posted!! God bless ✨
I was just marathoning your reading vlogs! So happy to see this and you! Sending all the love 💕💕
I was so happy when this video showed up! Just what I needed 💜 thank you, Noelle 💫
I just got home from a bookstore, and I’m in such a a bookish mood. Perfect timing for seeing this video!
NOELLE!!!!! so good to see you!!!! lots of love
Red at the bone is so good. One of my favorites I've read so far this year.
If you enjoy exploring sibling dynamics I highly recommend The Most Fun We Ever Had. It’s about 4 siblings and their parents and the writing is amazing as are each character’s development over the years!
Any day you post a video is automatically a great day for me so thank you! Hope you have the best week! 💘
I also read Ariadne in July and really enjoyed it! It struck me as another book about siblings, at its core.
Girl with the louding voice is incredible and the best book I’ve read in July. I’ve even added it to my all time favorites. I’m sure you’ve discussed it before but omg, it’s so good!!!
Also, I’m absolutely loving the comment section book recommendations! 👏
Omg I'm so excited you loved Sharks in the Time of Saviors! I was one of the people who recommended it when you asked for more ocean/water books. It makes me so happy that you loved it!!! ☀️🦈💕
Holy HECK Sharks in the Time of Saviors sounds so incredible, definitely picking it up after I read the next few books I’ve been excited to read !! Would have never known about the novel if you didn’t introduce it, thank you :-)
I’ve missed you yayyyy so excited you posted!!!
Love the cloud earrings and I am excited to catch up on reading Song of Achilles and Ariadne! 😊
This just made my day!! 😊 I also read Red at the Bone this month and had a lot of the same feelings that you did. Your videos are the highlight of my month. Can’t wait for your August TBR! 🥰 My favorite reads of August were The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager and of course, Malibu Rising!
I was in a reading slump for most of the month and only got through 3 books which I read at the last week and a half of the month. But all is good since I read The Wedding Date and I absolutely loved it!! 💖
I'm SO JEALOUS that you have access to The Heart Principle already! I cannot wait and so glad you loved it.
I HAVE MISSED YOU!! i’ve been waiting for this wrap up & then you hit us with the plural “dogs” and now my head is spinning. love your videos 🥺❤️
I read some great books in July! The Paper Palace, Bath Haus, and Open Water were all so so good!
Hi, Noelle! I just wanted to say thank you for inspiring me to start reading again. This summer has been so anxiety-filled for me because I am starting graduate school this fall. I am experiencing ridiculous imposter syndrome, and I'm so scared I can't do it. But because of your videos, I've gotten back into reading which has helped calm me down and it's also built up my confidence. I'm less scared to read for class now that I know I can get through lots of pages in one day.
You deserve to be where you are, you didn't steal your place and you are amazing
I get so excited every time a notification I get a notification from this channel 😍
You rereading song of Achilles makes me want to pick it up. But the last two months I’ve been doing the Gilmore girls reading challenge and trying to read the books mentioned in the show because I’ve never really been into classics and Rory reads a good mix of older ones and modern classics. I actually just finished the unabridged journals of Sylvia Plath because of the show and it was amazing.
What an awesome idea! I've always wanted to watch Gilmore Girls but haven't had the time to get into and and I'm definitely going to keep this in mind when I get to it. Thanks for the idea ☺️
I picked up Dead Souls by Gogol because of Rory and it was amazing, Russian humour is so weird and yet it works
Ohhhhh that is a really cool idea!
Is there a list? I love Gilmore girls and have been in a slump as I had too much on my mind.
@@tiddlywinks456 yeah the best are on goodreads. If you want to find it for each season with context and episode numbers you should look up Amanda’s votes on the list Gilmore Girls, and than type whatever season you’re looking for. I just finished reading don Quixote and one hundred years of solitude and now I’m reading picture of Dorian grey and they’ve all been really good. Next I’m reading the bell jar.
Your hair looks FABULOUS in this, Noelle! I hope you’re doing well! Really enjoyed this video. I started Evelyn Hugo last night and I’m already obsessed!
i definitely feel you on the starting and stopping so many books in july, but i still managed to finish more books than i have since like april. i graduated hs in may so i didn’t have much time to read during that month, then june hit me with a major reading slump lol. but i was able to finish 8 books this month & i really enjoyed most of them! most of the books this month were rereads but i think i needed to revisit some comfort books to get me out of the slump. i’m looking forward to a good reading month this august, especially because i start college later this month, too! i want to get as much reading done as i can before then because i know i won’t have as much time afterward, but i’m excited nonethless. i’m glad you were able to finish a bunch of good books this month, too!
I also have been in a reading slump. This video is the motivation I need!
First off the skin is glowing and you look MIRACULOUS
Sharks In The Time of Saviors sounds so interesting!! Will definitely be adding it to my tbr list. SO excited for you finally getting another pupper too 🐶
Decision paralysis re: books held me back a lot from reading a lot as an adult so like thanks for making that so much easier for me. I live for Noelle reviews so I have audiobooks for work.
I just got back into reading after almost 3 years, your channel really inspired me to back into it. I am on my second book in a single week
Well done
i also kept starting and stopping books in June but was able to break the pattern in July by reading graphic novels and manga! i super recommend them if you’re in a slump or are having a hard time finding a book you want to finish
yes this is always what do in a slump!
I’m sorry you’ve been sleeping poorly and that the books weren’t hitting the spot for you at first, but I’m happy you found some that finally worked! I haven’t uploaded my July Wrap Up yet but I really got into historical romance and that made my whole month! My Darling Duke and Her Wicked Marquess by Stacy Reid were some of my favorites!!
Omg same! This month I started and stalled on a bunch of books! But I just finished The Other Black Girl and it was sooooo good!
literally same im currently 200 pages deep into One Last Stop and just rly struggling here, but bc i’ve been putting so many books down recently i wan to make it through!! i’ve read 3 other books in the time it’s taken me to get halfway through OLS so it’s not a slump but maybe a dud for me??? ahhh i was so excited for it too so that’s just frustrating.
but excited for a possible dog reveal omg! & neon gods was just so fun 🔥 if you were interested in staying with the dark olympus series, there’s going to be at least 4
just picked the heart principle as my august book of the month and i cant wait to read it !
OMG I am SO stoked and surprised that you picked up Sharks in the Time of Saviors! I’m born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii and come from a very strong hawaiian culture, and I have to say this book is VERY authentic, and felt like home and hugged my heart. This makes me want to read it all over again, and Im so happy that you were able to enjoy it!
I read 4 books in July. Usually I only get 1 book done! I’m making good progress thanks to booktubers that I’ve been watching this year including Noel! 🎉
Haven’t read as many book’s as I would have liked. I’ve been battling cancer and book’s have become my daily getaway. But since my surgery in April and healing reading been rough. Though I really enjoy listening to your channel. You’ve become part of my daily routine. Thank you
Omg i feel you with the starting and just not finishing !
I haven’t been reading much this entire year, but had to kick it into gear the last week of July when four books on Libby became ready for me to borrow 🤣 couldn’t let those pass me by
noelle videos feel like home❤
always have to have goodreads & Libby open when I watch a monthly round up from you, can’t wait to read the ones you loved!! & a favorite book of mine in July was Last Night at the Telegraph Club by Malinda Lo, set in 1950’s San Francisco Chinatown about a 17 year coming to terms with her sexuality, highly recommend it was fantastic
Yes!!! This book is wonderful!
I LOVE when you start talking about your obsession with Titanic because I was that kid as well. Part of my family is from Belfast so it was so much around me growing up and then I became obsessed with the film and documentaries and basically bought any book featuring it. I haven't read it yet, but I'm sad you were disappointed with 'The Deep'. It would be really interesting in the future if you did some sort of video, or in a Q&A listed your favourite Titanic books both fictional and non-fictional. I'd be so excited to see your opinions and find a new favourite.
You always make my day by just popping up on my screen :)
Thank you, you are amazing
I'm so excited to read the Heart Principle!! I am also sad that its the last in the series. Also added the Deep to my TBR for when I'm needing something creepy this fall 😁
I picked up The Right Swipe this past weekend! (I don’t read romances a lot but figured it would be a fun palette cleanser after seeing you read it earlier this year) Just finished it yesterday and OMG I LOVED IT SO MUCH?? and now I have to read the whole damn series lol.
Noelle!!! I always love seeing a new video from you in my subscription box ❤️
I had a reading slump all through June, I literally finished 0 books.. fortunately, July was the perfect refresh -- I read 8 books !! My fave was definitely Pride & Prejudice, I read it for the first time and I have been thinking about it constantly every single day since
Btw Noelle little pigtails like that is my favorite of your hair styles
noelle, you HAVE TO READ the "bromace book club" series by Lyssa Kay Adams. those books ARE FOR YOU I AM TELLING YOU. (also, sorry for screaming but I only want what is best for you and those books are IT.)
I read 5 books in July and two of them made me ugly cry! Like the mascara running over your face crying and I enjoyed every second of it!
What were they?? Please tell
@@LindyS1830: The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah and House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas
I gave three books 5 stars this month: the vanishing half, homegoing and where the crawdads sing! All soooo incredible!
Also, so happy to see you Noelle! Hope you’re doing well ❣️sending you love!
other than the books you mentioned, i liked how you did this vid smoothly and calmly.
literally everyone was in a reading slump this month it suckeddd. but i had mostly 4.5/5 star books like daisy jones & the six and last night at the telegraph club. SO GOOD
i needed the final push to read ariadne and this was it yuh
Since you’ve been into water themed stuff.. “it happened one summer” by Tessa Bailey was a really good/steamy romance. My favorite read of July!
I feel like a lot of people had issues with reading in July. I only finished 3 books, two of which were other Katee Robert books from her Wicked Villains series. Right now I’m in the middle of Get a Life, Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert and I am loving it. Hopefully it pulls me out of my reading slump a little bit.
So did I, I read 6 but compared to a few other month where I read more than 10 books I felt like July was a very slow reading month. I was honestly surprised when I went to make my wrapup post today and saw that I managed that many. It really didn't feel like I did that much reading.
noelle i'm living for this look!
i read 11 books this month and my absolute favorite was “it happened one summer” by tessa bailey!! it’s inspired by schitt’s creek, which is one of my favorite shows. it follows an alexis-esque main character and i just adored it SO much, i can’t wait to reread it. i highly recommend it if you’re looking for a fun and steamy schitt’s creek inspired story!!
omg i love that show too i would def check out that book
I came to say this also since she’s liking water themed stuff! Great romance
100% agree with this! soooo cute and so steamy.
Finished it last week!! So good
I am so excited for the heart principle!! I can't wait to read it
I definitely stalled out a lot this month, ended up reading two books in the last four days of July.
I read The Bride Test in July and LOVED IT. To be expected, since I loved The Kiss Quotient. But now I'm SO excited about The Heart Principle
SO EXCITED THE HEART PRINCIPLE IS OUT THIS MONTH!!!!! ❤️❤️
the earrings deserve some attention !!
I remember reading the P.C Cast goddess series and hades and Persephone was one of those. I enjoyed it, would recommend , also loving your channel❤️
Speaking of Katee Robert, I had a great reading in July. I started her wicked villains series and I got the first two books and they were exactly what I was looking for, in terms of steaminess!
I miss you, so happy to see you 💕💕
SO agree to the reading slump...staring at five unfinished reads on my shelf rn. the only book i ended up reading completely was malibu rising, but personally i was disappointed in it which was sad because i loved seven husbands of evelyn hugo! also, you should check out the storygraph; it's a platform like goodreads, but better than goodreads in some ways.
I started feeling a reading slump coming on in mid July, so I decided to not fight it because I felt I needed a break from reading anyway. I still had a good reading month though, I enjoyed the books I read. My two faves were Act Your Age, Eve Brown by Talia Hibbert and Know My Name by Chanel Miller!
The Receiver of Many is also a great Hades and Persephone retelling. It is set in an older time period, kinda like Circe!
july reading was the same for me! took me basically all month to finish 3 books and i’m still trudging through another
I had a pretty good reading month, and I exidently did a Noelle's favourit books reading weak. I don't have a youtube channel or anything, but even doing it just by myself was so fun! I read The hating game, writers&lovers, plus Northanger Abbey. And I loved all of them!!♥️ But my favourit was the hating game.🍰
That's so super sweet!!
I just started circe and i'm loving it so defs adding ariadne to my tbr! I just posted my reading wrap up too 😍
I’ve been saying I’m in a reading slump since June, but reading claustrophobia feels like a better way to put it. I was still reading, but I had difficulty finding books to start that really held my interest. I do think I’m coming out of it now as I just recently read and loved The Inheritance Games and Lore.
I read Songs in Ursa Major this week and it was so very good ! Highly recommend it. Thank you for your wonderful videos.
btw you always have THE COOLEST earrings ✨
YAY! So excited to see this :)
Bedridden with Covid for a week. This arrived on time 🥺
I hope you get well soon!! ❤
Get well soon! Sending virtual hugs
Get well soon!
Sending u well wishes!
Get well soon.
So happy to be blessed with your video today when I opened up youtube!
So glad you loved Sharks in the Time of Saviors! I'd only seen one other person talk about it when I decided to pick it up and I was like, "Why do more people not know about this??" It's funny how you said July was a DNF-heavy month for you -- I only DNFed two books this whole month, which is low for me! My favorite was The Lightness by Emily Temple. A lot of the books you read are also on my TBR, so I'm hoping I like them as much as you do!
I was in a HUGE reading slump in June but my it picked up in July. Great wrap up!
Sharks in the Time of Saviors sounds sooo good! Also, if you'd like to read a YA book that deals with sibling-bonds I'd recommend Summer of Salt by Katerina Leno!! Plus it takes place on the island that they grew up on and have never left (so it feels isolated but in a nice cozy, summery way), so there is water in the story 😝
Also very excited to be picking up The Heart Principle hehe
I had a great start to the month, oddly I happened to read Ariadne as part of that (agree 100% about it being similar but different to Circe) but then a slump at the end of the month. Maybe a bit of a mid year slumpy thing? who knows. Have been listening to the audio book of The House in the Cerulean Sea for the start of August. :-)
I had a great reading month in July! My top faves were Plain Bad Heroines, One Last Stop, and If Beale Street Could Talk ❤️
Definitely want to read Sharks in the Time of Saviours now. I've just reserved it at my library! It sounds absolutely wonderful. I loved Everything I Never Told You and Malibu Rising.
Love a Noelle video to start our week 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓
Ahhh yay!!!!!! new video from our strawberry 🍓 goddess!!!
ur videos always make me feel comforted nd warm when im not feeling my best mentally
I can't even explain how excited to read The Heart Principle!!!!!!
