His name is Pix and he's a long haired Chihuahua. The breeder decided to deliver the puppy via pet nanny which explains the guy I met to get him. I know it looks sketch since most puppies delivered are done thru cargo. Since chihuahuas are so small and susceptible to weather changes etc, the breeder didn't want to risk putting him in cargo... or something rather.

Pixi no, dogs dont have souls. The only way to see ur dog again is that if ur in heaven and ur true happiness IS ur dog then God will give him to you, but he is not real, just a copy. Suck it, biblical burn
When I got my puppy I hunt all over the city for the super tiny harness. I actually got it for free from a pet shop because the store told me it has been sitting there for at least 2 years. They didn't want to get rid of it but no one was buying it XD
I can barely fit my hand through but it was like a normal harness on my puppy.
In case anyone wonder why put a harness on a tiny puppy. Well they are so small, they don't react to their name (yet), and they can really get lost easily in the house like you don't even know where it went. I found him under the fridge once, and some small gaps or cracks.
ooXChrissieXoo collars could choke a small/fragile dog, a harness won’t choke the dog.
My Chihuahua is small for his breed. We actually have to use a kitten harness for him.
So interesting as my new puppy won’t even go anywhere there aren’t people. She clings to us like glue

That puppy will always want to be on your lap, when I got mine I cuddled him two and half later he is still there.
The minute your ittle baby begins to cough or gag or diagnosed with a heart murmur, take them to the vet. Little dogs are prone to getting Congestive Heart Faliure. More of this needs to be shared, I thought mine had allergies, but it was much worse.
CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU. It just doesn't get any better than this. You will be a great mother to this little guy. He looks so comfy in your arms. I can only imagine how happy you must be.

Not sure how often you check/answer comments but he is absolutely precious! I lost my shi/chihuahua mix about 3 months ago (he was 16) and I would really love a long haired chihuahua eventually. Would you be willing to share what breeder you got him from? I absolutely adore his coloring and the fact that he is long haired but not too long haired.

When I got a chihuahua I was super excited my mom got it at the vet because she works there and this person came up to her and said that she can't take care of it so my mom brought it home and I was freaking out she was in a little crate and now I still have her

We had to use a cat/ferret harness when we first got our chihuahua. He’s an adult now and just fitting the xs dog harnesses haha.

I used a ferret harness for when I first got my chihuahua. He was so tiny he couldnt even use ine if those leashes that extends lol not string enough to pull the string out so the ferret leash is perfect!!!
