I have lived in Charlotte for 40 years now and haven’t seen anyplace else I’d rather live. Love the trees and other greenery. We are free of severe weather and other natural disasters. Crime has become a problem as the city has grown and traffic is maddening! I have been told 60 people move here every day! With so many new people Charlotte struggles to hold on to it’s original charm and local flavor but new ideas from people coming here will take us into the future hopefully!

I love Charlotte and if I got the opportunity to work from home, from anywhere I’d move back in a minute. I met my best friend there so I try to visit every single year. Charlotte will always feel like home to me. I have family and friends in Atlanta and I’d pick Charlotte every time. I hope you were able to see more outside of downtown like South Park, Elizabeth, Dilsworth and Ballantyne. Charlotte is also, a more fit city. So many outdoor parks and to me there’s just as many healthy food options as unhealthy ones. With the mild winters I definitely became more motivated to exercise being that I love the outdoors. You should apply at Dish Network for a work at home position if you like sales. You can make a lot of money at that job for one but you are able to work it in up to 34 states. NC is one of those states.

Phoenix has a great downtown but hardly anybody was out walking around. I think I would miss that, Charlotte makes better use of the downtown area, more energy.
