I intended to sleep to this, little did I know just how amazing these sounds are. I ended meditating for the entire length of the video instead of sleeping, but I felt like I had slept a full eight hours. Or.. maybe I slept and just dreamt the music? I'm not sure, whatever it did, it worked. I hope this works as well for others.

I intended to sleep to this, little did I know just how amazing these sounds are. I ended meditating for the entire length of the video instead of sleeping, but I felt like I had slept a full eight hours. Or.. maybe I slept and just dreamt the music? I'm not sure, whatever it did, it worked. I hope this works as well for others.
