Love the audio. Truly impactful. Here's some bit of advice i have for anyone.
1) Define specifically what you want, the ideal scene, 2) Expand your scene with details, 3) Write it down, writing it down changes everything 4) dream building (go look at it, touch it, feel it, make contact), 5) see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as you would when you've attained it, 6) something you can attain within 6 months to a year, create momentum, 7) write down an objective or goal for 1-3 months, 8) what action step can you take tomorrow, 9) weekly chart or graph your progress

I'm beinhg a bit vulnerable here but I keep all this stuff to myself and it hurts not airing it out. So i recently relapsed on a certain habit after being sober for 5 months and it really brought my energy down. Felt horrible but I'm back into staying away from it and certain people and its been a week now and I'm sober. Please if you pray, pray for me. Thanks.

Try not to berate yourself if you relapsed. You're human. As they say, get back up on that horse and try again. See if you can Change your routine and do things differently, avoid the places and people who are involved in the thing that you're wanting to stay away from.
Do you do anything creative? like drawing or painting? Making things with your hands?
Sometimes a creative outlet can help to have something new to focus on. Can find new friends that way too.
Try and get outside in nature whenever you can. It's grounding and healing.

Create new connections while visiting past memories and you'll find your RENEWAL IN THE DESIRES OF YOUR SPIRIT! PLEASE CEASE FLOURIDE OF ANY KIND. Especially toothpaste and drinking water. Boil it if you cook with it, and remember that our bodies also absorb it while bathing, if your home doesn't have filtered water. I know that "WE" don't take baths anymore. But they're the best way to add neutrality or alkalinity for your visions to occur. Respect your temple, for it's only purpose IS TO CARRY YOUR BRAIN. IDK you.
